The delay in delivery possibly didn’t help, but the flowers as lovely as they were were almost at the end of their best on arrival. The sunflowers still looked lovely, but unfortunately haven’t lasted.

Ordered flowers on behalf of my dad to my mum for their anniversary. Was really disappointed when I saw them. Looked about 50% of the volume of flowers that were in the photo and my mum had tried to hide the wilted ones at the back.

I purchased the Freesias for their scent and they were described as having a wonderful scent. When delivered they looked okay but had virtually no smell to them whatsoever, very disappointed with my purchase./

Ordered these flowers for my daughter in-law on the birth of our new granddaughter fluffy teddy was lovely the flowers however where a slight disappointment carnations purple and pink and i payed extra for gypsophila i didn't think they were worth almost £40 and that was with a new customer discount

The flowers were fine but the delivery was 2 days after the persons birthday

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. The flowers I ordered were sent with no water and arrived very wilted. Thankfully they perked up when they were given water and looked fantastic.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were disappointed the flowers didn't arrive in any water. We do not provide any moisture with the majority of our arrangements as moisture can encourage the buds to start opening, which we try to avoid whilst the flowers are in transit as this can damage the petals. I've been extremely happy with Bunches and used them exclusively for many years, so I was very surprised by the poor quality of my last order. My Mum's birthday flowers arrived looking a bit wilted and didn't last the week.

I paid for next day courier delivery. My daughter lives above commercial premises, The courier, which was actually Royal Mail, tried to deliver the next day and rang the bell but didn’t hang around and by the time she got downstairs the courier had left. As she did not know what the delivery was she opted for the re-delivery 3 days later. By the time the flowers arrived they were well passed their best. They were sent for a specific purpose and the moment was completely lost. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again 😡

I usually send some flowers to my mother never seeing them and she of course always so pleased. this time i sent some and the day they arrived the family descended on her. i saw the flowers so heads were broken they looked tired and old, did i complain No... should of done.. maybe use a different supplier next time.. we have a choice

I ordered Cherry Blossom bouquet for my mother's 89th birthday and was very disappointed. The bouquet did not look like the picture that was on the website, as the flowers were very sparse, even when the lily's started to flower. Too expensive also for what you get, will not be using Bunches.co.uk again

The flowers were limp cheap looking and lifeless. Very disappointed. Stick to M&S people.

I am sad to say the quality of my recent order was very poor compared to my previous orders I hope this is down to the covid situation and that they do get back to there previous good quality or they will loose a lot of custom.

The flowers were pretty but looked nothing like the photo and were extremely sparse which is disappointing for £24!

Very disappointed with freesias received on Wednesday 8/7/20. A bit sad on arrival, box damaged &, apart from one stem, they were dead by the following monday.. Delivery left on doorstep so not sure who delivered them. (Both of us are disabled so getting -to the door is slow} Denise Hallam

Not as good as last flowers my work ordered . Disappointed indeed - shame and postal service delivered to wrong address even though correct address was on request !!!! Had to wait for neighbours to bring them to recipient .
