it is with regret that the last two orders have been poor-- not as many flowers as my first orders for sure AND once again flower heads dry and damaged and had to be cut down a lot to help them survive

Very poor quality. Did not last a week despite following all the correct instructions and keeping water topped up.

I sent flowers to my daughter to arrive on the date of their wedding which was cancelled due to Covid-19. I paid an extra £5.99 to have them deliver by courier on the day, guaranteed. They were not. When they were delivered the content of the bouquet was a disgrace. The flowers were limp (even after overnight in water) the greenery was wilted and wet. The rose heads were soft and hanging to the side. The only decent thing about them was the eucalyptus. My mother is a retired wedding florist so I know about flowers. These are an absolute disgrace! In Bunches favour, they have offered to send a replacement bouquet which I have accepted. Time will tell in what condition these arrive.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Ordered in plenty of time taking into account the extra time needed for covid-19 and they still arrived 2 days late

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 93% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. The date the gift was ordered bears no relevance on when the gift is dispatched. As explained within our delivery terms the gift is dispatched 1 working day prior to your chosen date. This time using bunches was not great. I ordered to arrive on wednesday, obviously not 100% guarantee. The website said 1-2days after if not. My friend didnt get them until the monday so I wasnt pleased. I ended up asking her if she had anything delivered so not a surprise in the end either.

My sister received a lovely bunch of sunflowers but they only lasted a few days.

Flowers took 4 days to arrive. Royal Mail at fault really. Instead of leaving on the doorstep, postman took back to depot and recipient had to re-request delivery. They were meant as a get well gift, so the recipient was disappointed with the sad state of the flowers.

Flowers lasted less than 5 days. Very disappointed. Usually when I buy online they last 10 or even 14 days.

Arrived fresh but did not last long Flowers dropped in a few days Lasted 4 days then they were in the bin

Gave over a weeks notice for flowers to be delivered on Saturday, but they were delayed to the Monday.

My friends ti whom I sent flowers recently were happy with the bunches they received. Thank you. A friend also sent me a bunch. Normally your flowers are fresh, beautiful and last a long time in my cool hall. Sadly this time I was disappointed. I had received this bouquet from a close friend. was impressed with the packaging but the flowers were not in good condition. The stocks were almost dead and the rose buds did not open, the petals falling after a few days. The lower petals on the phlox soon fell off although the higher flowers lasted longer. The best blooms were the peonies. I'm sorry to report this as I have always been delighted with your service.

The flowers arrived late. They had been delayed in the post. They were ordered for a Saturday and didn’t arrive until the Monday evening by which times the flower stems were very dry. However we have used bunches on several occasions in the past and they have arrived early or on time and in good condition

I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers delivered. After members of my family all experiencing excellent results from you I decided to order a bunch for my wife on our anniversary. It arrived 2 days late and because of the warning of possible covid 19 delays I was not too upset but on opening the package the moisture bag was almost dry and some flowers had begun to wilt. Within 2 days some of the blooms had started to die off now, after less than a week, most are dead.

Still waiting for customer services to contact me parcel and flowers 3 days late and half dead very disappointed as has been good in the past delivery of flowers despitcovid should be better

Make sure you read their T&C’s! Ordered flowers for a friend’s Birthday which fell on a Saturday with plenty of time, only for them to be delivered on the following Monday. When I wrote to Bunches asking for an explanation, I simply got a standardised return message blaming Royal Mail delivery services and siting Bunches T&C’s that say only 90% of their deliveries will be on the day requested. Not really the after sales service you expect.
