“I ordered a bunch of orchids for my mum for Mothering Sunday. When they arrived they looked lovely but within a couple of days about half of the stems were going over. This was disappointing as previously they have lasted for weeks.”

“im upset because i really wanted to like this company- but i won’t lie, the bouquet i bought for my mum was extremely sparse, quite a few of the flowers were dead or snapped and overall when the ones that lasted bloomed, they look rather disappointing. not worth the money.”

“Unfortunately the flowers was nothing like I expected or anything like they looked like in the picture, especially for the price I paid! Was also just left on the doorstep in a box when the person waiting for them was actually in the house at the time. As it was a mother's day gift I expected something a bit more professional and worth the money I paid!”

“Was really disappointed. Bought some flowers for my Grandma and when we pulled them out of the box, the roses were wilting, two were already pretty much dead, along with most of the smaller flowers were browning or already dead. Was not expecting this for the price and was really disappointing.”

“First time I have had to give Bunches any less than 5 stars. Normally I get a good bunch that last a good week or more but this time the flowers barely lasted four days, and the packaging was decidedly average. I just hope it's a one off.”

“We have been using Bunches for many years and have always been delighted with the service and quality of the bouquets and plants ordered but not this time. The bouquet seemed sparse and inconsequential. They were a gift for my wifes mother and she was very disappointed.”

“Very poor bunch this time. Flowers did not look as large as the picture, thought this was due to flowers being in bud however even when bloomed did not look the best and lasted less than 7 days despite following care instructions”
