“I recently had a bad experience with bunches due to putting a wrong postcode which I didn't realize I've used bunches a lot but there respnce to the flowers not arriving was un satisfactory so I don't know if I will use them again I just lost 30 pounds.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you provided an incorrect postal code that led to a failed delivery. Unfortunately, as the gift purchased was perishable we were unable to dispatch the gift again once it arrived back to our warehouse. “I bought a large bouque of flowers with a cake with it, the flowers were lovely but ther was no cake. This was so disappointing as it was my daught-in-law's 50th birthday. I won't be buying from Bunches again.”

“I used Bunches for the 1st time and sadly my Mum was not impressed with them i bought these for her birthday as she lives in Devon . The iris flowers never open and the whole display was dead within the week .”

“I bought a bouquet for my wife for Valentine’s Day and was very disappointed that the roses were looking very lacklustre after only 4 days and had to be thrown away after 5, the alstroemerias also died after 5 days with only the carnations and eucalyptus lasting well. To be honest the supermarket flowers she buys every other week last longer”

“I was disappointed when the recipient sent a photo of the flowers. It just looked like a very small bunch of flowers and some sunflower seeds (she hasn't got a garden and I didn't order seeds)”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. the sunflower seeds are a complementary gift. “Flowers were not arranged as they appeared in the photo on the website. Seemed like they were just thrown together quickly. When I contacted Bunches I was told this is how they’re sent. For the money I paid I’d at least expect them to be arranged properly prior to being sent. Won’t use again.”

“I bought flowers for Valentine’s Day, delivery was selected to be delivered on the 14th Feb and I had an email from Bunches to say they had been sent due to arrive on time. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive until the 15th, which in normal circumstances wouldn’t be a big deal… but they were supposed to arrive on Valentine’s Day. Delivery was through Royal Mail so no doubt this was a Royal Mail issue rather then Bunches, however it still affects the service they offer to you and your customers. The flowers are very nice, although the roses didn’t last as long as expected starting the wilt over by the 16th Feb.”

“The flowers were 'ok' when they arrived, but past their best. They also arrived a day late (they were marketed as, and ordered for valentine's Day) which was pretty frustrating to say the least.”

“I am very sorry to write a poor review as I have used bunches for many years now and have always been impressed by the quality of the flowers and the service given. However I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were delivered late the next day and were quite dried up and tired. It was really important that the bunch of flowers arrived on the right day for many reasons so I was extremely disappointedsome flowers some flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. “Normally I use Bunches all the time , great service and excellent quality . On my last occasion Valentine’s Day , flowers arrived in poor condition 2 dead on arrival bunch was so small and in my opinion very poor quality .”

“I have used bunches in the past and been very happy . This time how ever I was very disappointed the flowers turned up a day late . Very sparse and definitely not worth the money and the bouquet contained 3 roses the flowers arrived on Tuesday and the roses were dead by Thursday”
