Very poor bunch this time. Flowers did not look as large as the picture, thought this was due to flowers being in bud however even when bloomed did not look the best and lasted less than 7 days despite following care instructions

Well the flowers themselves were lovely but delivery was appalling. Twice my mum was home but the post man took it back to Royal Mail. Eventually they left a red card even though my mum was waiting for them. Next day she had to collect herself. Absolutely appalling as by the time she got them they had blossomed. Plus packaging was rubbish.

Unfortunately my mother was very disappointed with the large flower bouquet together with chocolates which arrived for Mother’s Day from Bunches. As they arrived in full bloom, and the stems were dry as a bone, parts of which she had to cut off together with no water in the bouquet at all. Had my mother not opened them on the Thursday instead of waiting until the Sunday, they most likely would have been dead! My mother hesitantly informed me of this as she did not want to upset me at the time. I felt embarrassed and let down by both your company and your supplier!

I've placed orders before and they have been ok but the last time I was shocked at how small the bunch was and it started to die after 3 days I pain 26pounds and I think it was a lot for the quality of what I got in fact I would have been annoyed at paying 10 pounds for what I got. The flowers did arrive on time

I ordered the luxury Mother’s Day flowers at £56 which were supposed to include truffles. Mum didn’t get the truffles so I contacted Bunches via email to request they send the chocolates - “no problem” they said. Three days later (which is fine as it was over a weekend) mum got three butterfly picks and still no chocolates. I’m not sure how you can confuse butterflies as chocolates. Also, having spoke to my mum today she’s already had to throw three of the roses away as they died (these flowers were delivered in Friday and today is Monday. Sad to say I shan’t be using their service again.

Disappointed with bunches this time. Sent flowers to my mum and the roses didn’t last a day. Dropped really quickly. Had better with previous orders though so it was a shame.

Thank you for yoru review. After looking into this order we can see tha the gift arrived on the date that was selected at the point of sale. We would recommend that you review the confirmation email that was sent directly after the order was placed as this will show the delivery date that was chosen. I’ve used Bunches for several years and have always been impressed however my most recent order placed last week was very disappointing. I sent some flowers to my daughter . They cost £26.00 or thereabouts. She was disappointed when she got them as there were only half a dozen stems , and they were also packaged differently to previous ones she’d received . She also said she hoped I hadn’t paid more than £20 as they definitely were not worth that !

The bouquet we received did not match the image on the website, it was much smaller, I felt not worth the amount I paid for it, so I was disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Having ordered from Bunches before, I was really disappointed with my last order . Some of the flowers were limp , on arrival and I thought that after a couple of days they would start to open and look beautiful. Unfortunately they just look like disappointing.

Unfortunately I was very Dissapointed. I had the flowers sent to cheer up a friend, not only was there 11 stems instead of the 15 stated but I could of also purchased a bunch just the same for £5 from my local supermarket. I appreciate I am paying for a service but they were not worth £23( I bought the carnations). Maybe a picture of how they will actually look on delivery may be more helpful ( I definitely would not of purchased them had I seen how they would really look) but also once blossomed they still looked nothing like the photo. Such a shame

Having not seen the flowers I can't review them. Perhaps you could take a pic for the person ordering since they probably won't see them.

The service was great to use with a nice selection of flowers. I sent my Auntie flowers for her birthday and what I ordered looked nothing like what arrived. Very unfortunate.

First order WN5 was on time: second order YI19 tracking said they tried to deliver but they DIDNT as people were in all day and gate was open! Lady had sat near window watching for most of day. It was delivered on following day - and these were to lady who had recommended me to bunches!!

After checking the Royal Mail tracking we can confirm that Royal mail attempted delivery on the date requested, however, they advised that the address was inaccessible. When the address is inaccessible this could be due to various reasons with the delivery driver attempting to get to this address including locked communal entrances, bad weather, health and safety issues or road closures. Flowers arrived day earlier than requested. Flowers were disappointing, looked much smaller display than pictured & expected, poor value for money. Shame as for Daughters special birthday.
