“The flowers were for a friend who had recently lost her husband. She was really pleased with them. Delivered when they said they would. A friend I sent the same to a couple of years ago said they lasted several weeks. Always very pleased with service and ease of ordering.”

“I have always found the delivery not very good. I know you give a 2 day possibility of delivery but in previous years I have paid for courier delivery which has not arrived at the times I have requested. In your defence I have always been given a refund of my courier costs. This year I thought I would do it differently and try the other option but the flowers arrived very late on the day after I had requested. My daughter always sends me flowers from you and they always arrive at the time requested and as I live on the south coast I would have expected this to be a problem but it appears the problem is in the London area, is there anything you can do about this? I would add I always find your flowers to be very good.”

“My granddaughter was delighted with the flowers she received and confirmed they had arrived in good condition. The only problem was that I was sent an email from Bunches' courier confirming the bouquet had been delivered the day before they actually had! This caused me some concern but all was well in the end.”

Thank for for your review. We're really sorry you're disappointed with your arrangement. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer - once they've had a few days to bloom and open fully, they'll look much more like the photos on our website. All our bouquets are carefully designed with detailed descriptions of what's included available online.
