“The recipient of the bouquet was very pleased with the arrangement and quality of the flowers sent for their Birthday. In the past I have been satisfied with the quality of the hand tied bouquets. I have in the past made reference to the problems around using Apple Pay which, I hope, have been resolved.”

“I ordered a large bunch of hand tied flowers for a friend turning 90. I chose the bouquet specifically because not all flowers come in large size. I thought it would look impressive but the recipient told me that it arrived as two bunches of flowers. I don't understand this so was disappointed. She said the flowers were lovely though.”

“Issue was with courier, the flowers and chocs were for my daughter nobody was at home when they were delivered, no card left, I had a message saying 'with the recipients neighbour' no mention which one, my son inlaw went searching later and couldn't find them, no one brought them round...upshot was they arrived next day..the neighbour was a few doors up! The flowers looked a little sad..”
