“I recently ordered a bouquet from Bunches.co.uk, but unfortunately, the one I initially received looked nothing like what I had purchased. I reached out to their customer service team, and I must say they handled the situation very professionally. They promptly responded to my email and sent me a beautiful replacement bouquet, which was exactly what I had hoped for. While I was disappointed with the first delivery, I truly appreciate their great customer service and willingness to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them makes all the difference. Thank you for the replacement bouquet—it made my mother very happy!”

Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear your flowers were sparser than expected and didn't match the photo. This isn't the standard we aim for with our bouquets. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during delivery, so they may initially look different from the images on our website which show them in full bloom. After trimming the stems and placing them in water with the solution provided, they should open up over the next few days. However, if after the flowers have fully bloomed they still don't look right or if stems are missing compared to what was advertised, please do get in touch with our Customer Support team at flowers@bunches.co.uk or call us on 01623 750343 and we will gladly review this again for you. “The hamper was lovely my only 2 issues were the person I sent it to did not realise it was from me for a while, a card inside to say "This is a gift from...." would have been nice & the delivery driver just left it on a table & not delivered to the person so the cheeses could be put in the fridge”

“My 1st time using Bunches. normally used a different company but have been let down by late delivery and some flower heads broken. The flowers arrived on the day and all were in bud and perfect (letterbox) lasted well. Will use you again. Daughter in law was very pleased.”

“Having ordered in the past and been pleased with purchase, this order left the warehouse on Wednesday 26th February but not delivered until Saturday 1st March (which was the requested date of delivery) and the irises were not fresh when arrived. Rather disappointed with this order.”
