“I have used bunches for a number of years now and it is always reliable and offers good quality and an excellent service. There is a lovely choice of flowers arrangments and I can book in advance and know that the flowers will arrive in good condition and on the right day. I will continue to use this company”

“Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a birthday card 7 days prior to the birthday and it came 5 days after the birthday!!! They were not sorry or offered a refund. Kept giving excuses after excuse! Do not buy from them.”

“I am really sorry to write this but the flowers I ordered for my sister didn't arrive to her. The postman had trouble delivering them and after my sister arranged another day they didn't arrive. Sad.”

“I order the Autumn Rose and Freesias for my daughter. I have not seen them myself but she said after a couple of days (a fact that is pointed out with the delivery) they looked stunning with beautiful orange roses and alstroemeria highlighted with white freesias. Fantastic flowers as always and I have been ordering from you for over 12 years!”
