“I was expecting a much more pretty and unique bunch of flowers, not a boring bland one that i could have bought for less at any supermarket. Was pretty disappointed. Not special at all.”

“I have used Bunches for years and with good reason; the flowers delivered are always such good quality. My Mum has just sent me a photo of the flowers I sent her a week ago for Mothering Sunday (I sent them to arrive on the Saturday) and she said “my gorgeous flower keep getting better and better”. Highly recommend Bunches.”

“I use Bunches a number of times through the year and every time I am delighted with the service. The recipients always comment how lovely the lowers are and how well they are packaged and presented. As a blind person I am also very happy that the website is accessible and works well for me. I'd be lost without Bunches :)”

“Okay, i wouldn’t really say it’s worth the money i spent about £30 on a bunch of flowers for my mums birthday as a little extra something and it looked so sparse, like i’d bought them from a petrol station/ even they would’ve been fuller!”

“Used to be much more reliable and you knew that deliveries would get there in time for the birthday or occasion. Time to change your carrier to someone more reliable than Royal Mail. Took them 3 days to deliver a 24hr tracked gift.”

“The flowers arrived on the correct day at the care home where my mother lives. They were for Mother's Day and Mum was delighted with them. She told me that there were a lot of stems of both the roses and the freesias, all of which arrived in good condition and are lasting very well. I am so pleased, I live a long way away so couldn't take her flowers myself.”

“I’m sorry but I was very disappointed with the bouquet that arrived. The photo displayed an array of flowers but this just consisted of carnations and one odd flower which I think was a chrysanthemum. There was some spindly twigs with tiny buds which didn’t open up.”
