Thank you for your review. The bouquet you selected isn't from our hand-tied range and needs to be arranged on arrival. It also requires a little time to bloom fully before it will resemble our online image. We recommend following the care instructions provided - simply trim the stems and pop them in a vase of fresh water, and you should see your blooms unfurl over the next few days. “user-friendly website and online shopping process. Only comment is the picture of the order I chose was rather misleading vs the thin bunch of flowers actually received. I would rather have more honest picture and choice to buy a bigger bunch.”
