“Even though I had made a mistake on my order, the flowers went to the wrong address, when I phoned to find out what had happened all the staff I spoke to were kind, sensitive and extremely helpful. They quickly solved the problem, arranged a new order, and had it sent quickly to the correct address. They gave me a discount as well and I came away feeling less stupid, due to their kindness.”
