“I ordered a letterbox delivery for my daughter which arrived on time. After a few days she mentioned that a few had arrived not in a good state. I emailed Bunches and they rectified this immediately.”

“Can't really fault the service, including (as I understand it) Royal Mail delivery on a Sunday. My friend took a photo of the potted fern when it arrived and I was definitely impressed how in keeping with the studio photo it was.”

“Brought an expensive bouquet for the birthday of my wife and paid a premium to have it delivered on a Sunday…only to find the roses were brown and drooped the next day!!!! Disgusted! Never been so disappointed by Bunches in all the years if being a client.”

“The flowers arrived a day late. I receive a message on the day that the flowers should have been delivered. It said the delivery property was not accessible, I really don't understand why. The flowers were delivered the following day with no problem and left in the porch”

“I am very disappointed at how long my order took to be delivered. The roses had already opened by the time my mum received her flowers which should have arrived by the 16th of May her birthday. She didn't receive them until the following week!!!”

“Love the names they call the range of bouquets. Lots of choice of size and prices. Recipients pleased with their gift which was delivered ar time requested. One was a congratulations on a new job and ghe other one was condolences on the loss of a close friend.”
