“This is the first time I've ordered flowers here for my mum's birthday. I was not 100% satisfied, more like 1,000%. The flowers were outstanding, with many still in bud, which meant they lasted much longer than expected. 5 stars are really not enough. You have definitely gained a new customer. “Ordered a plant with distinguished striped leaves. The plant that was sent was the same variety but no stripes. I should have checked the description more closely as it does say may be another variety. Still a nice plant but not what I thought I had ordered, so a bit disappointed.”

“The plant was delivered on time and was still healthy considering the recipiant did nut find it until two days after Royal Mail delivered it. They did not leave a card to say they had delivered and where it had been left. As it was as suprise the recipiant would not know to look for it. Oh dear,”
