“I have used bunches on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service given up until now .i offered a hamper .i was told it would be delived on the selected day then told it was on its way then nothing. I kept looking at my emails but no more news . Eventually I saw that the hamper had been delivered but not to the address I had given it had just been left at the front of the flats and not to the address. Anyone could have picked it up and I know for a fact my friend was in all day .i had to text my friend to tell her a parcel had arrived . I am disappointed with this and will not consider using you again.”

“A really good choice of flowers and the bouquet looked lovely when it was delivered. Looked even better the next day when the flowers had had time to settle. The only disappointment was that they were delivered so late in the day, that the birthday was nearly over and I honestly thought they had forgotten to deliver.”
