“I have used Bunches for many years and, apart from one delivery of spring flowers many years ago which went missing, I have been very happy with the system. However, you replaced them very speedily so all good. Also all the various recipients have found both flowers and plants excellent. My only complaint now is that there is the surcharge for tracking which I am not really happy about. I can only presume that you have had problems with your orders getting lost or diverted or simply stolen? I shall continue to use Bunches for the forseable future as long as your prices do not become unacceptable. Joan Parker”

“I used this site for gifts recently because they were local to the recipients, and they also had a nice selection of gift hampers at a reasonable price. The order process was easy, and the delivery efficient, timely, and with updates. The recipients were not only thankful to receive the gifts, but also said the quality was very good.
