“Unfortunately the bouquet took a few days to be delivered. Of course this isn’t your fault, it was Royal Mail! But it meant that the flowers weren’t in great condition when they arrived.”

“I have bought from Bunches many times but this time i was very disappointed as this was for our mums 90th Birthday soooo was very upset when Igot home to find the box wet and open with flowers upside down as it was the bottom of the box that was wet the container that the flowers were in had leaked out and flowers musnt have had much water in transit Therefore flowers where dying within 2days of delivery I know this is not Bunches fault but probably the post office but i feel some one needs to speak to post office to be more careful with the transit and delivery I will still be using Bunches in the future as i have never been unhappy before They are a very professional and easy to order”

“My last order for my daughter's birthday placed 5 days before the date to be safe it arrives on time, unfortunately it was delivered day after her birthday , tulips didn't look anything like the picture on the website. There were hardly 5 tulips instead of 10. Disappointed.”

“I always buy Bunches flowers but this time as well as buying my friend some for her birthday and bought myself some for mine on the same day. I have never had a bad bunch until this time. There were a lot of little flowers included in the bunch.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered on 8 March to someone who had just had a baby I tracked the delivery and it showed an obscure photo of something I’m not quite sure what and that it had been delivered on 10-01-23??? When I questioned this I was told it was the Royal Mails fault. As the person who the flowers were for has been busy with her new baby I don’t know if they were delivered or not - so cannot comment on the questions below”

“I have always found Bunches but on this occasion feel badly let down. I ordered a standard bouquet as shown on the website but the flowers that arrived were nowhere as ‘vase filing’ as depicted. They were treated as suggested and the big carnations did fill out and last but the spray carnations and wax flowers have not leaving the whole arrangement looking very sparse. I am particularly disappointed on this occasion as this was a gift to my Son and partner on the birth of my new granddaughter.”

“I was not quite as happy with the flowers I have used bunches many times most of the flowers were lovely but the roses were supposed to be peach they were cream and not looking as fresh as they could be and some of the foliage was not at its best.”

“Have used Bunches for a while now but on this occasion I was disappointed with the small size of bouquet. It did not arrive with a water reservoir as is normal. Did arrive on time & well packaged”

“Nice flowers, and good delivery service, but be aware that there are different sizing options to choose from. I selected a standard bunch and sadly, once unwrapped and put into a vase, they looked nothing like the advertised picture. I think the company should state what sizing option represents the advertised picture.”
