“Ordered mothers day flowers and selected delivery on the Saturday to ensure they arrived in time. Mother is bed bound and so left delivery instructions for the flowers to be left in her enclosed porch, in order that her carers could unwrap ect. However royal mail did not appear to have that instruction and said they could not get a reply and asked for delivery instructions which I repeated. The flowers were then delivered to the porch on the Monday , late for mothers day!”

“Really easy to order and flowers arrived on time however my mother in law sent me a photo and I was really disappointed with how small the bunch was. It looked pathetic in the vase. The sale photographs are misleading and should show you what you are ordering”

“I have used Bunches a bunch of times and the service has usually been great. The website is easy to use and good quality for good prices. Just on this last occasion, the delivery service let the experience down. The flowers arrived a day later than asked for and the flowers arrived very thirsty and wilting.”

“I thought I would try for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately one mum got them and the other didn’t. Two days later than arranged they turn up however the quality compared to the pics on website were not the same. When delivered the flowers looked sad. Happy to provide pics if needed. I was not happy and the surprise was ruined because I kept calling to see if mother-in law had got a delivery. Won’t be ordering again. And they were expensive compared to other flower deliveries. Go to Marks and Spencer!”

“Would have been a lovely bouquet for Mum but unfortunately two of the stems were broken and the smaller flower buds have died before opening. I always use bunches and this is the first time I've complained and not been happy with my purchase.”

“I can’t fault the flowers! They lovely and fresh. I get them delivered for birthdays and special occasions and usually we have no problems. On this occasion. The delivery let you down. I paid extra for Courier delivery as I know there are postal strikes. I ordered a week in advance but DPD driver did not deliver flowers and mom had to go out of her way on Sunday to pick up from post office which is a few miles away from where she lives.”

“I have ordered loads of time from bunches and they're normally absolutely spot on. But this time I ordered a bunch for mother's day and the roses were slightly brown and the flowers only last about 4-5 days. I'm sure next time they'll be spot on again.”
