“Valentines roses arrived safely and on-time but, unfortunately, by day 3 after receiving them they looked completely withered.”

“Flowers were lovely. My girlfriend loved them, However I was disappointed with the amount of green filler leaves compared to actual flowers. For the price, there should of been 1/2 more actual flowers compared to the leaves that fill the rest of the bouquet.”

“The valentine's day bunch I purchased was satisfactory, but a little woody overall and somewhat dry. Felt like it was a leftover group of stems from other arrangements and as such featured odd combinations.”

“I have used Bunches many many times, sending flowers to family and friends and until now have never been disappointed, always getting thanks for beautiful flowers. Sadly my recent response for flowers sent wasn't so good. My sister was the recipient and she has informed me the flowers were not good - very 'limp' with some buds broken. Disappointed.”

“I was pleased that the delivery was on time but disappointed with the quality of the blooms, as those received did not match the website pictures. The response when I raised a query about that wasn't very useful either. Am waiting to see how the blooms develop but currently am thinking I will not use bunches again.”

“I was looking forward to these for my mums birthday. I bought a more expensive bunch as I wanted it to be a treat. The flowers came in buds which was good as they opened when she put them in water but unfortunately the eucalyptus branches were all dry and broken, they were the reason I chose that bunch.”

“I ordered my flowers the week before my niece's birthday to arrive with her on 3rd February. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered them the day after. Not impressed. Perhaps Bunches need to change their delivery company to a more reliable one.”

“Nice flowers at reasonable prices but their mailing schedule is very intrusive. It isn't opt in, like it should be under GDPR, so you get inundated. Shame as I did like the selection and prices but it has put me off using them again.”
