“Bunches website easy to use. Report back from recipient's regarding flowers was good. However I did ask for packages not to be placed in bins. I did make a complaint but it seems its acceptable behaviour. I know people who have had parcels placed in a bin and had bin emptied before retrieving the package. Whoever dreamt that putting packages in bins is acceptable is an idiot!”

“I do love your flowers but the quality isn't as good as it used to be. Me and my stepdaughter buy each other flowers on the 14th of every month. The date of her fathers, my partner's death but I think i'm going to have to use a different supplier for February to see if the flowers are any better.”

“When flowers are delivered to someone as a gift it is most important a note is left for them to find where they are put from the delivery company not an email to sender as happened to me they were found five days later”

“I ordered a bunch of freesias for my sister that were advertised at a discounted price.After I'd gone through the whole procedure it came up that they were no longer available.You should have removed them from your adverts as it wasted my time.The following week I tried again and this time the order went through needless to say the discount no longer applied.Things that are no longer available should not be advertised!”

“I fiori sono arrivati capovolti,rotti e completamente bagnati fradici. Peccato perché era un regalo di matrimonio. Non ho più avuto modo, dopo l'ordine, di allegare il numero di telefono del destinatario, credo sia infatti stato consegnato ad un vicino. La prova della consegna è la foto di un pezzo di cartone tutto rotto, dove non si capisce dove si trova, se all'interno c'è qualcosa e cosa.. niente. Sono molto delusa, a parte i fiori che erano molto belli, il servizio non è stato buono.”

“I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered by a courier, that courier was royal mail and the flowers weren't delivered until the next day. I'm not happy that I paid £5.99 for a courier when I could have paid £2.99 for royal mail delivery”

“A bit disappointed to be honest. The flowers were sent to good friend as a congratulations on the purchase of their first home. When they sent me a photo of the flowers received I must say I was rather underwhelmed. It certainly didn't appear to be nearly thirty pounds worth of flowers and I'm very unlikely to use bunches again.”

“Delivery on time, but disappointed as some of the stems were bruised and the head of one was broken. Seems they were packed very tight together. Looked rather forlorn but did perk up when fed and watered.”

“The order itself was as i wanted exactly, same bouquet of flowers, the teddy bear, the right type of chocolate, and i thank them for that. BUT, The delivery was a total disaster, i paid for the guaranteed delivery where they should've left a QR for pickup if the reciepent wasn't available and they should've mailed me a tracking link. What actually happened is that the delivery guy left the gift at front door, disnt get anyone signature as a reciepent, i wasnt mailed a tracking link ever!!, when i opened bunches.com on delivery date i found accidentally that it says the delivery would be by 11 am in same day, it was actually delivered 9 am so the reciepent wasnt prepared to recieve it at all! All the delivery did was delivering in the exact date i wanted but nothing more.”

“Having been a Bunches customer for several years I was disappointed at my most recent purchase of flowers for my daughter. With no fault of Bunches due to the postal strike, they were in transit a bit longer than usual. Quite simply they just looked thrown together and didn't look anything like the picture I chose them from. My daughter was disappointed but said "Bunches flowers 💐 did not last long" and quoted another company she had flowers delivered from recently. I am sorry about being so negative and hope that this was a 'one-off''. With all good wishes for the New Year. Daphne Tully”
