The plants were crammed into a basket that was too small fir purpose, according to the friend that I sent it to, however, she complained & something else was sent to replace the original order, for which I sm thankful.

I have recently been sent flowers from you from a dear friend,they were the most awful flowers i have had from you,as i told your supervisor 3rd rate,yes you replaced them,IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. i phoned back and requested to speak to DAN,he was far to busy!!!!!!!!!! We thats my good friend and ourselves will be most concerned about recommending anyone to go to Bunches. A disappointing experience And we have used you many times. Regards.Mrs M Cochrane. Flowers are very low quality (no water in the packaging), looked very tired - a bit disappointed, which leads me to now cancel the full year order.

The two orders arrived in good time which was great. However, one of the bunches of flowers only managed 3 days before they died. Instructions were followed for prolonging their life but to no avail. I do not expect this from what should be fresh. I am very disappointed as this is the first time I have had any problems with Bunches.

Disappointed as the delivery wasn't made specific day. The tracking says `book in or no access to site' . left special note to call recipient before delivery. Paid extra for fed ex (next day delivery) but couldn't get things delivered on birthday. All day fed ex link showed out for delivery at about 9:00pm evening it said the above message and time against it 12:00.. Not happy with service may it be FedEx or bunches

The flowers didnt look fresh. They were wilted and not as pictured. very disappointed as this particular bunch was chosen for its wild look for our late sister at her funeral. I was actually embarrassed.

FIRST DELIVERY OF FLOWERS WAS DISAPPOINTING AS THESE WHERE FOR A BIRTHDAY GIFT AFTER COMPLAINING TO BUNCHES ABOUT THIS ,I AM GLAD TO SAY BUNCHES ARRANGED ANOTHER DELIVERY OF FLOWERS AT NO EXTRA COST AND THESE WHERE MUCH MUCH BETTER , TOP MARKS & THANK YOU TO BUNCHES FOR DEALING WITH THIS MATTER SO QUICKLY

Flowers arrived to my mother limp and to early, as they were a Christmas gift I was very upset and disappointed. After calling the help line another bouquet was offered as a replacement which were better. I will not use this service in future

Was advised would be delivered 5th or 6th January, friends birthday was 6th, flowers actually delivered on 7th ! Also friend sent me a photo & was disappointed as did not seem as many flowers as shown on promotion photo. First time I' ve been dissapointed

I am outraged in the quality of flowers for the price I paid. I got them for my mum's birthday and she told me herself they were rubbish. Will never purchase from you again .

Have used bunches a few times however this is the 1st time I have seen what they come like .... £12 for like 10 carnations 2 of which were dead and the chocolates look cheap and tacky I was very disappointed as could have got a nicer bunch of flowers for £5 in a supermarket

I ordered a trade up on the size, but I was disappointed with this and overall the flowers looked jaded- too long in a Xmas store room maybe?

I was slightly disappointed as when I went to see my mother day after flowers delivered and I ordered the large bunch, it didnt seem that many flowers. I haven't seen the other bunch I sent, but as only ordered standard, guess it would be disappointing as well. I would have got a lot more flowers (and better quality) if gone to tesco and done it myself, lesson learnt not to be lazy and order flowers from internet.

The flowers as far as I am aware we're not deliverd. I did not receive an email to say the were being deliverd or had been deliverd. I also never recieved a track number or a response to an email I sent. Very disappointed

My mother was very disappointed with the flowers. A number were broken and only one piece of foliage made them look unimpressive in vase. Michael Grant

am very disappointed with the flowers that I unfortunately wasted a lot of money on. The flowers looked like a bunch I could buy from a super market for about £8 at most. I paid 23 quid for them. They were supposed to be 'large' they aren't. They're squashed in the box, with chocolates just shoved at the bottom of the box. None were "in bud" they will die in about 2 days. Not happy with the price or quality. Wouldn't recommend.
