“I have used Bunches for a long time and been happy. This time I placed three orders for Christmas Amaryllis - Orders 6393415-6393417. One of the recipients received a bouquet of flowers that certainly wasn't amaryllis. When I rang to query this the young man I spoke to was unable to offer any explanation and said it must have just been 'a mistake', sent out in error. One of the recipients did receive amaryllis. The third I couldn't check as she was critically ill and in the circumstances it seemed irrelevant. I've rated this 'Poor', not because of the quality of what you provide, but because I expect to get what I order, not something completely different.”

“The flowers were fresh but the large bunch was tiny and yet it cost £24 i wont be using them again. Inter flora is far better value for money!”

“Delivery arrived bang on time (Fed Ex) but the resemblance beweeen the advertised ' crimson sparkle' and the product delivered was not impressive, with fewer roses and carnations and a substantially less generous spray compared with the one in the advertised picture. Ironically, I would have paid more for one that actually DID look like the picture but I will probably not use Bunches.co.uk again.”

“Neither of the 2 hampers I ordered in early December as Christmas gifts arrived in time. After the first one failed to arrive before the 'guaranteed' date of 17th December, I contacted the company and was told a temporary delivery problem had been resolved and there should be no problem with the second hamper ordered for 23 December. However it too did not arrive till after Christmas. After the second hamper was delayed they did refund the cost of both hampers.”

“The flowers were received on time, however, they arrived looking nothing like the picture on the website! I paid £20 for flowers that looked like they were were cheap! It was a handful of flowers and not a BUNCH like the website portrays- very disappointed”

“I sent my mum and dad some flowers for christmas when I got a photo of them the day that they arrived some of the steams of carnations where bent in half they didn't look very fresh and not to good I will not be ordering any more from bunches because i was very disappointed”

“The last time we used Bunches, we sent 2*£20 (ish) bunches to relations. The ones to Thrybergh were superb but the ones to Wath were dying when delivered and the replacements were only slightly better.”

“I have used Bunches in the past and always been very pleased by the flowers sent, whcih have received very positive comments from the friends and family to whom I sent them. However, on this occasion I have to say I was very disappointed by the size and quality of the flowers, and will probably not use this company again.”

“I received a Pink Sorbet bouquet on 23 December which was a birthday present from my granddaughter in Australia. I have had Bunches flowers for many years and all has been fine. However these were delivered by Royal Mail and were broken and battered. However I also noticed that the flowers were bone dry and I think this contributed to the state of the bouquet. I contacted bunches immediately, they were very helpful and sent me a Christmas carnation bouquet with their apologies. These arrived by courier and were fine and the stems were moist. Therefore I think the original bouquet had not been handled very well, but also the dry packing did not help them to arrive in the best of condition. The treatment I received however from Bunches was fantastic and I will still continue to order flowers from you. The original bouquet were ordered in the name of Helen Bartley, but delivered to my address - C. Bartley, 9 Roxburgh Road, Little Sutton. CH66 4YU,”

“I ordered a birthday bouquet including birthday cake to be delivered, disappointingly the cake was omitted which completely spoilt the effect. Sending the cake a day later didn't make amends. It surely isn't that difficult to get right?”

“Bunches did not live up too its promise of delivery date for my friends Christmas Hamper . Several days later it turned up .Hamper was good she said. Will not order hamper again though stick with flowers in future.”

“We purchased flowers for several of our staff as they were leaving and were surprised by the size of the bouquet that turned up. If we had purchased from a supermarket we would have got triple the amount of flowers that we received. This is a shame as I had previously used you in tyhe past.”
