“The flowers were very small and not what I expected. There was no clear explanation of the size of the flowers that were being delivered. The presentation of the flowers was not up to par. The flowers delivered a day earlier than I wanted, which I was not very happy with either, makes choosing a date a bit pointless.”

“Was very disappointed with the flowers that arrived as a christmas present for my Grandma. Not only did the flowers look nothing like the photos, they were sent without water and arrived a day earlier than I requested and it was lucky someone was in to receive them as they were delivered without water. They also looked worse than a £3 bunch of flowers you can get from a supermarket which for the price you pay on this site was quite shocking. Thankfully the customer service was very good and refunded me and apologised. Thankfully was able to sort out another present on christmas eve. I am very glad I didn't have the flowers delivered straight to my Grandma or I would have been extremely embarrassed. Will never use Bunches again.”

“I have just seen a photo of the flowers that I sent to a friend in Scotland. So disappointed and they look nothing like the Berry Charm bouquet I ordered. Flowers looking very straggly too. I have sent flowers from Bunches on previous occasions but do not usually see the actual flowers. Now having thoughts as to what has been sent in my name before!”

“Although the balloon was delivered on time, when the box was opened and the balloon taken out of the box, the balloon popped! Also there were meant to be chocolates inside and there were not. Totally dissatisfied.”

“I ordered on monday evening, after eleven but the email they sent me an stating delivery would be on weds but they weren't deliverd until thursday. I complained but got a matter of fact email back from them, stating delivery conditions, no apology!”

“The flowers and service are usually very good however on this occasion the flowers were vey poor, heads drooping, heads broken off and not very nice, 2nd bunch delivered were just as bad however customer service was very good and refunded my money even after 2 bunches of flowers were sent.”

“Delivery was a day earlier, and I know this is part of your service, but the Royal Mail man only knocked on the door, left a card and was off. My daughter is sick, and has arranged collection, but looking at the photograph of the flowers, they seem sparse, and not at all like the picture I ordered. I know you say they are sent in bud, but they had better get a move on to look good. Not a good day.”

“This is the second year running that my order has not been right. Last year only part of the order arrived. A second order was then sent to make amends. This year the flowers were the wrong colour, not difficult when all they had to be was PINK! This was amended with the correct order being sent. Not so sure that there will be a third year!”

“I have used Bunches for a long time and been happy. This time I placed three orders for Christmas Amaryllis - Orders 6393415-6393417. One of the recipients received a bouquet of flowers that certainly wasn't amaryllis. When I rang to query this the young man I spoke to was unable to offer any explanation and said it must have just been 'a mistake', sent out in error. One of the recipients did receive amaryllis. The third I couldn't check as she was critically ill and in the circumstances it seemed irrelevant. I've rated this 'Poor', not because of the quality of what you provide, but because I expect to get what I order, not something completely different.”
