Ordered flowers to arrive yesterday, it's now Sunday and nothing has arrived and they're closed. I will be calling on Monday and getting a full refund and I will take my custom elsewhere.

I have taken a look into this for you and can see that your gift was dispatched as requested on Monday 30th January on our free delivery service with the Royal Mail, as advertised this service is not our traceable option can take place between a 1-2 day period, although we are aware of this period we really will not know which day your gift would arrive on between the two. We do offer a courier service for an additional £5.95 or £7.95 which is a delivery service guaranteed for the day of your choice. Some of the flowers were damaged in arrival and I asked for a card with them and wrote one and they arrived without it

Not delivered despite paying for next day delivery and being in all day. DPD delivery driver claimed he tried to deliver but blatantly untrue, and didn't bother calling either. What is the point of paying for next day delivery when it doesn't happen. Very disappointed. Have been told will be delivered tomorrow but that's not good enough. My advice - don't bother paying for delivery with Bunches, can't be relied on. Not interested in receiving them tomorrow

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the the 27th January. Unfortunately my friend was out but we know for a fact that her neighbour was in. When the Royal Mail tried to deliver and had no answer, he took the flowers straight back to the depot and put a card through my friends door. He just stated a parcel had tried to be delivered, no mention of FRESH FLOWERS! so when my friend had them redelivered, they were dead!

Purchased Sympathy flowers for friend who lost their mum...on tuesday 24/01/17. They did not arrive.. Friend Got royal mail note delivered on day of funeral.. Saying for them be to collected.. From royal mail office. As i sent them i should have been informed that they were not delivered to address.. I am deeply saddened by this service

The flowers were not delivered on the day. Not delivered on the rescheduled day and then closed. Waiting for Monday to get a refund. Worst company to buy flowers from.

Very disappointed in the bouquet size, it wasn't a bouquet but a "bunch" as the company name suggests. Should have known better. Won't be ordering again using by this website.I could have got just as nice a bunch from the supermarket for a lot less.

Flowers arrived damaged, I've emailed Customer support and hadn't s reply so I facebooked Bunches and they'd asked if if sent an email so I hope they're chasing it up but to this point no feedback. Everything else was fine thought it the flowers had arrived Not damaged and had some quicker feedback about my complaint it would of been 5/5

Flowers were nothing like the photo, they had no card sent with them so my sister-in-law didn't know who they were from. Will not be buying from this site again.£19.99 wasted

My daughter and I both ordered separately for very special aunties 90th birthday. My aunt sent pics and they were awful nothing like what we ordered. Looked like a cheap bunch of flowers from a garage forecourt. Both bouquets looked an insult!!! We are most upset and hope that the company will either refund our £50 + or replace them with something that resembles what they advertise.

I added a note to leave with neighbour or doorstep. This was taken to royal mail office which has limited hours and could only be picked up 3 days later. Due to the cold weather the flowers didnt look great.i wont be ordering again

We do welcome all our customers to leave delivery instructions however unfortunately when using our free delivery service we are relying on the drivers to fulfill these as their usual policy is for an item to be carded and returned to the post office, usually the Royal Mail are really good in following these but this isn't something we can guarantee. I've ordered from them before and had a good service. However this time around, they failed to deliver the flowers and despite three emails, did not reply to a single one regarding delivery. So basically they will take your money, not deliver the flowers and not reply. Awful customer service, will not order from them again

The flowers never arrived I put an error on the address ! My fault But even though I paid extra for guaranteed delivery it appears no effort was made to find the right address twenty yards away The flowers were meant for my Great Grandaughter from her disabled son I wrote a long email to ask for something to be done to help I got a standard no way ! Reply I acknowledge my error and asked for the company to look upon the situation with compassion Nothing ! Needless to say I can't recommend this company at all
