“The flowers were squashed when they arrived to my grandparents. I ordered the white Christmas flowers where all the flower are white with silver bits however I had a pink flower in it. The flowers looked absolutely awful and if I'd have known what they looked like I wouldn't have wasted a penny on them.”

“You provide a very bad service. The flowers do not look anything like the pictures on your website. I placed 2 orders on the same day for my twin nieces birthdays. They were to be delivered on the 21/22 December. One arrived on the 21 December and the other on the 24 December. I would not recommend your company or your products to anyone. In fact I would discourage it.”

“Flowers ordered to be delivered on 24th December have not yet been delivered and this is the 28th December. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for a full refund and compensation due to the disappointment of the intended recipient. Plenty of other companies out there to choose from.”

We are assured that if there is no one home at the time an attempted delivery as occurred then a calling card with be left for the recipient with information that they would require to arrange a re delivery. “Bought a Christmas bouquet and to be perfectly honest the box probably cost more than the flowers. The flowers where like a bunch of £2.99 flowers from Tesco's. Cost me £19.99,could have had a big bunch from local florist with better quality and quantity Totally disappointed.....”

“Flowers not delivered when advised, had an email from a delivery company advising no one answered the door and a picture of nothing showing where the missed delivery card had been left. My in laws and husband were home the entire time and checked cctv and no one came to the house the hour stated,nor the hours before and after.”
