Flowers received (lilies) but half of them dead and a number of buds snapped off. There was no water in the packing which probably accounted for the dead flowers. Very disappointed with the flowers and they will go straight in the bin. A complete waste of money and under-whelming.

I ordered flowers on 9/2/17 and on 14/2/17 they still haven't arrived yet I was sent an email asking me to write this review. Has me worried that they have gone to the wrong person

Thank you for your review Jane, We are sorry to hear you are disappointed regarding the delivery of your gift. I have taken a look into this for you and can see that your gift was dispatched as requested on Wednesday 8th February on our free delivery service with the Royal Mail, as advertised this service is not our traceable option can take place between a 1-2 day period, although we are aware of this period we really will not know which day your gift would arrive on between the two. We do offer a courier service for an additional £5.95 or £7.95 which is a delivery service guaranteed for the day of your choice. The flowers did not arrive. No-one replied to my email of complaint. That is as bad as it can get.

The flowers were NOT at all like those on the website. I appreciate that it says on the website that the flowers are in bud I cant emphasise how little they resemble what I thought I was choosing. Utterly disappointing. I did speak to customer services who offered to send another bouquet but obviously they won't look like the picture on the website either. Perhaps as customer services kept on about how they are sent out in bud the company should consider putting a picture of the bouquet in bud on the website so it is clear what will be received. In addition, I 'upgraded' and paid for 30 stems and since the lovely surprise had been ruined for my Mum I told her what had happened and she actually counted the stems and there were only 27. I know it sounds petty, but if you pay for something specific then it should be delivered. Makes you wonder if they did this on every bouquet they could make quite a a saving!! Totally would NOT recommend this company.. Wish I'd stuck to Inter-flora.

The biggest con I have had the misfortune to pay for... ordered a birthday package for my daughter's birthday... flowers, chocs a cake and a card...the pics looked wonderful the reality was everything in miniature...I could have brought the whole lot for £5 in my local supermarket...it was so bad I was embarrassed ..never again will I order from these con artists...and I will spread the word to anyone who will listen and share on social media...it was a joke...please save you hard earned money and buy somewhere else

'Bunches' state that their flowers arrive in bud form for longer vase life - I have ordered a few days early for Valentine's Day and they arrived fully open, one looking completely dead and the others not far behind - complained and hit a brick wall, the customer service staff simply weren't interested and didn't seem to give two hoots about their false advertising - avoid this company at all costs, disgusting.

Honestly the Eternal Heart is a complete disgrace. How they can charge 30 pounds is a joke. The flowers were dying and the greenery has a blight and eaten by pests. Thinking about trading standards

Very disappointed with £18 worth of flowers for my mum in laws birthday. They looked pathetic in the vase, two heads broken off on delivery, sparse gypsopholia. Wished I had gone to Tescos would have got more for my money.

I understand that this was my mistake but as a company there was no sympathy given whatsoever. I mistakenly put 140 for the address instead 170 for the house number. The delivery was refused by 140 and when phoning the customer service agents all they advised was that the flowers will stay in the depot until Monday and probably won't be in the best condition. I was shocked as I have speant nearly £50 on these roses and there was no offer for a replacement. I understand this was my fault but I mean at least help the customer instead of just saying no nothing we can do sorry. Really disappointed as this was my first time using this company I will never be using them again. I just told the girl on the phone to cancel the order and forget it I'll take my business elsewhere. Would rather pay someone else another 50 pounds than a company that doesn't offer support when a mistake is made.

Will never order from here again. A total con flowers delivered nearly a week late and flowers nearly dead and all bunched could say is put them in water see if they bounce back to life. All I was trying to do was cheer up a dear lady going through chemotherapy. Rotten site

Ordered flowers be delivered on Wednesday the 2nd of February and was given conformation on Monday yet have still not been delivered by the 5th
