The flowers that were delivered cost at most £4 and while I understand that my sons needed to pay for delivery and packaging they were not worth the £18/month that they are paying for the year. I would not in a million years recommend this service. Very disappointed as were my two young sons who saved their money to give me this gift.

It was a small spray of flowers worth a fiver of the market, big dissapointment, I complained no reply, never use your company again

Flowers were delivered to my partner on Valentine's Day and they were DEAD! not a single flower in the bunch looked fresh. What a shame on Valentine's Day of all days to receive flowers of this exceptionally poor quality! Ruined my partnered day at work luckily I had a few more tricks up my sleeve planed for the evening so the day wasn't a total fail no thanks to bunches! Interflora saved the day and delivered a quality bunch for the very next day Do not purchase flowers from bunches unless you fancy being extremely disappointed

The flowers were sent to me as a birthday present, delivery driver did not even come to my house, or leave a card, just knocked another door further up the road. The flowers were squashed in a box, with some of the flower heads fallen off, also they are now dropping flowers and leaves. Totally disgusted.

The bunch of flowers delivered were of poor quality. Looked like a cheap bunch of flowers from a garage. Very disappointed!

The flowers I ordered were not what I expected. Hardly any roses in the bunch (only 2) and the rest were mostly carnations. Better value in Tesco, you could get 2 bouquets from Tesco that look better and cost half the price of these flowers. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again. Save your money and buy bouquets from an actual store so you know what you're getting

12 red roses were delivered on time,after 48 hours ,only 3 were still worth looking at,they had not been subjected to any poor treatment.....one VERY disappointed lady recipient James Brett

Bad company, the flowers no coming at the time when it was ordered, and still mising, no calls or other things.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the flowers. My daughter gave me the wrong address. I assume the bouquet was received by the person at that address.

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with my order experience. I normally use bunches to send flowers and never have any issues. This time I ordered a hamper for a mum's birthday. Unfortunately she wasn't around when it was dropped off, so it was left at the DPD depo. I contacted bunches last weekend to check that the order would be kept in the fridge as the order contained perishable goods. I was told that all hampers are put in the fridge and there are instructions on the package to do this. Unfortunately this turned out to be a lie. When my mum picked up the hamper it hadn't been kept in the fridge. The DPD staff said that they have no instruction to put packages in the fridge, and that as it said bunches on the front they assumed that it was flowers and not food that would need to be put in the fridge. It's clear that there is some miscommunication between both parties and also between bunches and their customers. This situation ruined a birthday surprise and also potentially means that the contents can't be enjoyed. The fact that a bunches representative lied makes the situation even worse. I will never order a hamper from bunches again.

The delivery was a disaster.I had ordered specifically for a friends birthday who was having a party. They were to be delivered to the restaurant on the saturday in readiness for the next day. They did not arrive.What I didnt realise(its in the small print) that the date showing on the screen is not definite. What I also didnot realise is that the flowers are posted by royal mail. Brunches do not have any idea where the flowers are at any point. There is no tracking. Neither do they know if they are delivered or not. In addition they may lie in the post office depot if this is over a weekend. Customer service were unable to help me as they incredibly did not have any information. In fact they really were not very helpful at all.I've not known this situation with any other company.

I have taken a look into this for you and can see that your gift was dispatched as requested on Friday 10th February on our free delivery service with the Royal Mail, as advertised and as you have already mentioned this service is not our traceable option can take place between a 1-2 day period, although we are aware of this period we really will not know which day your gift would arrive on between the two. We do offer a courier service for an additional £5.95 or £7.95 which is a delivery service guaranteed for the day of your choice. All this information can be found underneath the calendar on the description page of our website and our customers are required to select both their delivery date and method before starting the order process, this information is also stated on your email confirmation that you should have been received. Very disappointed with the red roses. I followed the care instructions to the letter but the blooms were poor and tinged with black and did not fully open.

First time I got no confirmation of the order and assumed it had not gone through. Second time I got confirmation. I was however charged twice and got two orders.

I paid to have my order delivered before 1pm and got them at 3pm your web page told I would get a free box of chocolates and I got a very small bag and the flowers were the worst iv ever seen Never use you again

I have taken a look into your order and can see that your gift was dispatched using the couriers all day service who provide our customers with a delivery on the day of their choice between the working hours of 8am until 6pm we did offer our customers the option to upgrade this service for an addtional £2 which would have provided an delivery by 1pm as mentioned. Regarding our free chocolates we do show our customers within the description page of every bouquet what the packaging looks like. Hi This was the first time that I have used bunches.co.uk. I live in Spain.. So I was looking a way to send flowers to my mum for valentine's day in the UK which this was a great opportunity for me to do. The flowers were delivered on time however died 2 days later. All the leaves turned bad very quickly and fell off. I'm really disappointment and mum was too. Sorry but I won't be using this service again. Thank you Charlotte

Message on the card was completely wrong. I wrote two e-mails to your service asking to amend it to the correct one (as placed during ordering), unfortunately without any reply. That means you don't respect your customers...
