“I ordered flowers for a very sick friend - out my name and address in the first part of the order - then completed the part with my friends address but it without realising - I too had the same bunch delivered to myself as well to my friend. Ultimately I paid £20.88 twice. Not very happy!!”

“I made a purchase online and didn’t see the small print of colour may vary of the Orchid. I really wanted a pink orchid for my daughter who had moved into their new home. When I emailed got very generic email reply. No understanding or compassion to the situation was offered. I went ahead and purchased another pink orchid from elsewhere.”

“The flowers were carefully packed and were mostly fresh and in good condition, in spite of being delivered in a flat pack. They soon revived and are still looking good . They are a very attractive bunch of carnations in mixed colours with some gypsophila”
