“Really disappinted with the flowers received. Not value for money at all. Packaging was flimsy in the name of sustainability. It was for a graduation day. I had to spend more money to get decent floweres for the graduation.”

“Order of Mauve Magic (large). Ordered these for a friend recovering from surgery. They were delivered on time and when I visited one week later, they were still lovely and fresh. She was delighted with them and mentioned that other visitors had commented on them.”

“Whilst happy with the flowers, I am not happy with the delivery service chosen by Bunches. Having been asked where I wanted the flowers delivered if N/R, i asked for the next door neighbour. This request was confirmed. However, the recipient was at home and confirmed the delivery person did not knock nor even leave them with the neighbour, but propped up against the street door of the recipient. What was the point of asking when no notice was taken of the response.”
