“Usually lovely flowers, delivered on time. On one occasion, Royal Mail delivered messed up the delivery so it was late but Bunches were lovely about it and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Very pleased.”

“I sent to my mum after she fell ill to cheer her up . The flowers looked a little lifeless on arrival, but my mum assured me they were in a sleeping state as the instructions said. The next day they looked amazing and are still looking fresh today after almost a week . Very impressed. I Can recommend this service confidently .”

“I was very disappointed, annoyed and upset with your service. I had ordered flowers to be delivered for a family Member on their birthday. Unfortunately, they were not received until the day after, despite the fact they had been ordered several days previous to the requested date. Not only is this embarrassing, it is very upsetting for the receiver and the sender. I will not be using your service again”
