“I recently ordered a bouquet fir a friend while I was away, roses and freesias. It arrived last Tuesday, the roses were fully out on arrival. I got back on the Saturday and they were nearly dead. I’ve had alit of bunches of flowers from yourselves but I was so disappointed.”

“Had a problem, flowers not delivered. I wasnt notified of a problem. Only found out as was curious the recipient hadnt thanked me and tried to track it. May I suggest you ACTIVELY notify purchasers if theres a problm with delivery.”

“Flowers didn't last for 4 days before they started dying and wilting, I paid extra money for a larger bunch of flowers and you can barely tell the difference from when you purchase a standard bunch. Always use bunches but I definitely won't be again after this lot”

“After complaining about my daughters flowers when arrived half dead and a few carnations spending £22 and all i keep getting back is how many stems ive sent photos and the amount of stems, I will not recommend them and i will not use them again”

“I was happy when the process of ordering and delivery but the flowers them selves I think was a bit poor I don't think the web page reflected the flowers which was delivered”

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Absolutely disgusting for the money I spent on my partners birthday bouquet. I will never deal with your company again . Well and truly £25 completely wasted. Even read the reviews before purchasing and they came over as good . So it makes me wonder if they are genuine because surely nobody could be happy recieving the flowers I bought”

“Not really very impressed with the service. The flowers were taken to her flat but my elderly Mum didn't hear the doorbell. I checked the tracker the following day to find they had gone back to the sorting office. I reordered them to be delivered the following day ... 2 days after they should have arrived. I warned my Mum something was coming in the post so she stayed in and listened carefully for the doorbell but when they arrived they were all dried up and certainly didn't look like they should. If I hadn't checked I doubt they would ever have arrived..”

“I would like to upload a foto but there is no option. So it was fare away from wat I ordered and it was for my daughter birthday, it was delivered next day after birthday day. Why they have option to choose day of delivery if they not able to do? So - disappointed”

“Delivery fine, but after complying with all recommendations regarding feed etc. the flowers only managed to last 8days. Very poor. Not at all impressed particularly in view of the price. Will not be using them again.”

“Arrived late - left in royal mail warehouse from the Fri night until Monday. Should have been delivered on Saturday but were delivered on Monday. Flowers weren't in bud form when they arrived instead they were Already in bloom. Roses were wilted.”
