I have ordered from bunches several times and all has been great but on this occasion I was very disappointed as I had ordered them for my mums birthday and they didn’t arrive on the day I chose it was the evening of the following day. The flowers were half dead on arrival.

Unfortunately the flowers thay arrived as a gift for my mum didn’t look like the photo of flowers I chose to order.

I was very disappointed with the freesias I recently had sent to an elderly friend- there was no fragrance at all, and as that was the whole point of choosing freesias they were a waste of money- very upset with Bunches

The bouquet I ordered was a very beautiful one and delivery was good. However, my flowers arrived fully bloomed and were not "Sent in bud for maximum vase life" as advertised on the website. Therefore they didn't last very long and did not have a "7 day freshness guarantee". I submitted a complaint nearly 2 weeks ago now and I'm sorry to say I haven't recieved any reply, which is extremely disappointing.

We were disappointed with your flowers as the freesias did not come into full flower before the whole bunch wilted, the red foliage wilted after one day and had to be removed, and the roses did not last as long as we had hoped.

Have ordered through Bunches before but disappointed this time. I was receiving emails from delivery company advising me of delivery times and to advise of a 'safe place' if not home. Since flowers were a present and being sent to someone else, why would I be advised. Also, recipient sent me photo of flowers and they seemed very sparse to me. Yes, disappointed this time.

They were delivered to the wrong address the wronge name on packaging I received them mu self the next to had to deliver m them myself I was very upset with it all

The flowers were for a relative and were received two days after the notified delivery date. I understand they were still in reasonable condition. This is disappointing since I gave instructions as to where to leave the flowers should the recipient not be at home. This was not done and the flowers had to be collected from the sorting office. The sorting office was closed the following day ( a mid-week day) and necessitated a further journey to collect them.

Only 7 carnations in the bouquet and completely different from the picture on the website. Very disappointed and will probably not use bunches again

Bouquet was OK except for a broken stem which ruined the whole experience.

It’s the first time I’ve used bunches. I sent my neighbour flowers for her birthday as I haven’t seen her for some time due to illness. I chose nice, bright flowers. The delivery was really good, great communication and delivered on time. Unfortunately the flowers looked like the box had been up side down and shook! Several of the larger flowers were damaged and we had to throw them away. It was such a shame.

Disappointed at small bunch presented 2 x orders to two different people £30 + per bunch plus delivery to london area Both were not impressed Old story of be careful of online companies and clever and trick photography

Until last week I have been more than happy with the service provided but last week I was so sorely disappointed and upset with the ‘bunch’ of flowers I received which I had bought for a friend’s birthday who lived round the corner. £26 for 9 autumn flowers, i.e. approx £3 per stem, not umbelliferous flowers, a singular stem and not good quality. I didn’t complain and I didn’t unfortunately take a photo but decided never to use Bunches again.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture they were already brown and it was for a sympathy and they didn't last at all so won't be ordering again

I was so confused about my order. It was a birthday present for my sister first they said it was refused,I had getting a digit wrong in the address this was corrected then they said that I had to pay again! I was getting emails saying that it would be delivered. But nothing happened therefore no gift and no refund. Now they seem to have blanked me! I will never deal with them again.

Normally a fantastic service but this time the flowers were really low in quality and didn’t resemble much in the way of the photo online.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image.
