Although the freesia smelt amazing, I was disappointed that the flowers had to be thrown out after less than a week. They arrived in full bloom and the roses looked to have been out for some time.

Very disappointing that my order did not arrive on the specified day which was my daughters birthday

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. Well, I was not even allowed to have the gifts refunded as nothing was delivered the first time. So I had to pay for the whole package again everything. People from service desk are super nice but policy of the company, not.

My mother received her flowers on the day I requested however there was no moisture for the stems. When she removed them from the box most of the foliage from the small flowers had dropped from the stem and there were only a few flowers. She sent me an image and I was very disappointed with the look of the bouquet. I'm unlikely to use Bunches again.

Flowers arrived looking ok but within 2 days with proper aftercare’s they were wilted and some dead flowers needed removing. This was disappointing as it was a gift for family.

Some of the stems of spray carnations in bud never opened and the gypsophila was passed it's best in arrival. Very disappointing!!

Flowers arrived OK along with chocolate requested. HOWEVER... the special card purchased was blank so recipients had no idea who the sender was and of course did not receive the special message they should have seen... NOT HAPPY

My sister was disappointed with her birthday freesias as they were limp on arrival and some of the stems were broken. However, once they were put in water, they revived a bit. I chose Bunches as I had received a bouquet from your company a few months ago and was very impressed with their condition on arrival, but my sister’s birthday flowers did not live up to expectations.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Really lovely bunch on arrival was very happy with the quality and how they looked - followed all the care instructions but sadly this bunch have only lasted a few days... really disappointed

The freesias and gypsophila ordered arrived in very good condition but didn’t look too special as an arrangement. The long stems on the freesias actually detracted from the appearance as, when displayed in a suitable vase, they looked as if they needed something more. I think some more gypsophila would have improved the overall appearance. As I only order postal flowers for special occasions, and these didn’t look special enough, I’m not sure I’d use this company again.

Use of Royal Mail meant my order wasnt delivered the next day. Over Easter weekend it took 3 days. Not sure what condition the flowers were in when they finally arrived.
