“Very good service and price. Flowers were a gift so I haven't seen them, the recipient was delighted. The letterbox flowers arrived on the correct day which happened to be a Sunday so I was very pleased. It was the first anniversary of the death of the recipient's mother so it was important to me that they arrived on the correct day.”

“Sent the lovely fern which looked hilarious in a pot with glasses .... go on, have a peek!! My friend says it makes her smile every time she looks at it, and in today's world we all need some smiles! Great idea, Bunches, although I still love sending your beautiful combinations of flowers. “As these flowers were a gift, I have not seen them personally, but recipient has said, a week and a day after receiving them, they are still in good condition. I hope she is being truthful!!”

“I had paid extra for courier charges and also shared the recipients contact number. Courier was delivered next door and I was sent the incorrect delivery advise that recipient had taken the delivery.”

We're very sorry to hear about the confusion with your flower delivery. We understand that an attempt was made to deliver to the correct address first, but as there was no answer, the courier left the delivery with a neighbour. We also apologise if the carrier did not make it clear in their delivery advice that the package was left with a neighbour. This should have been clearly communicated to avoid any confusion. “Really happy with my flowers, they arrived the next morning. The flowers are beautiful and they will last a good two weeks and maybe more. I will definitely be back again!!”

“Unfortunately some flowers were broken on arrival, and the size of the bouquet was on the small side also the flowers died after a few days, unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again for the money I paid”
