“I have used Bunches for absolutely years, I first came across them in my local post office, now I have a computer its much easier to find what i want on line, and look at all the lovely hampers they have as well as the lovely flowers and cards, which are a godsend for me, as i have mobility problems, I can chose the card from bunches and its on its way.”

“Ordered for 5th was delivered and put under a caravan no card to say delivered not found until the 7th when caravan was being moved Iam disgusted as these flowers was for a wedding anniversary and on the 5th”

“Earlier we received a bunch for our anniversary, when arrived they were not the best state, battered and bruised. My wife called and told bunches the state of the flowers. She was apologised to by the company and would send a replacement . The replacement bunch arrived the next day much to our surprise with an apology and was sorry. A fantastic bunch, and are now in full bloom in the room. I would like to say thank you very much at sending a replacement bunch. This is of the best customer service and show what a great the company looking after their longstanding customer. Well done we would recommend you to all.”

Many of our flowers arrive in bud to maximise freshness and protect them during delivery, so they may appear smaller initially. Once placed in water with the flower food provided, they should open and fill out over the next day or two.
