“I have used Bunches for a lot of years, for Birthdays, Anniversaries, also many types of Celebration. All the recipients have always been delighted with their Flowers or Hampers, with very positive comments about the long life of the bouquets. Bunches even rang me once to say my flowers of choice were not up to standard and would I except an alternative, their service is second to none. “Generally very pleased with Bunches. However, my last delivery to someone who had been bereaved and was left with a neighbour who kept them for over 24 hours as they didn’t realise they were flowers! I am sure it must say on the box but perhaps delivery person could advise them. Thank you.”

“We don't send flowers often but when we do we want excellent service whether we are sending across town or around the world. Sending from New Zealand is always a lottery. The flowers are not travelling 12,000 miles; distance shouldn't matter, but because sender and receiver are so far apart the thoughts and feelings they represent are covering a great distance and that matters. We have used Bunches before with expectations met at both ends so we used them again recently. The flowers arrived on the day - tick. Our recipient immediately acknowledged receipt. The flowers were beautiful - tick, but she would give them time to "wake up" before sending a photo. The photo was a long time coming but was taken a full week after receipt and we were astounded that the blooms still looked as fresh as the image in the catalogue! Thank you, Bunches, for enabling the joy of fresh flowers to be spread across such a long period of time so that mere "expectation" was so wonderfully exceeded.”
