I have ordered flowers with bunches for the past decade and value there flowers to be off good quality and reasonably priced. However, a recent order for my great Aunty in the Lake District was deeply disappointing the flowers arrived dead, rotting stems and smelt awful she was so shocked she complained immediately filling an online form which is not easy for a lady in her late 80’s Who never complains about anything. Due to COVID-19 pandemic I was unable to Speak directly regarding my dissatisfaction in the presentation the flowers arrived in over the phone and had to get my husband to email bunches directly. They plan to send another bunch for flowers 💐 let’s hope they live up to all my previous purchases otherwise I will rethink who I order all my flowers for in the future.

Ordered on 15 June for deliveries on 20 and 25 June for my sister in law. Unfortunately the delivery for 20 June arrived on 24 June and delivery for 25 June arrived on 26 June. Flowers were very ‘sad’ on arrival but a little better once watered. Very disappointed in delivery timescales especially at this time

Hi, unfortunately, bit disappointed.. Ordered flowers last Wednesday for Friday delv for friends birthday and she didn't receive them until this Saturday ( 8 days after requested delv day)

Not good blamed the royal mail but two other lots of flowers were delivered that day by the royal mail so why not bunches. would not use again as flowers arrived 3 days late .

Used for many years. Visited the person that I had sent them to this week and they were awfal. They had to throw half away when they opened box abd the ones that were left still looked awfal. Will not use agian, so embarrassing.

Never arrived on day I asked for them arrived 3 days later to be put in an out shed for 3 days when found dead and smelly due to heat, email never responded to!

The communication about delivery was no explicit. This led to a late delivery of the flowers and a disappointed recipient. The follow up from the company was disgraceful. They were only able to quote protocol. No sympathy whatsoever or the ability to offer any alternative service. I shall not recommend or forward their services

When the recipient received the flowers they were half dead with rotting stems, brown leaves and smelly oasis. Also they were left outside a stranger’s house probably for a few days before he found them. We feel that this must be down to the Royal Mail employee. I understand that the recipient is to receive a fresh bunch but todate I don’t know if this has happened. I have rated Bunches one star because nobody has been in touch with us as the ones who ordered the flowers.

Thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry to hear the flowers have been left at an incorrect location by the local postie, this is very disappointing to hear. Won't be using Bunches again. Using the virus as an excuse for late delivery is no excuse. What made things worse is that it was my wifes birthday and we haven't seen each other for 5 months due to being in different countries during the pandemic. The flowers ended up in the bin as she thought I'd forgotten.

Sadly I was very disappointed. I purchased what I thought to be a lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife on our anniversary and what turned up was a bashed up box and a poor excuse of a bouquet without flower food so they only lasted about 4 days before they started to smell. I would of got a better bunch from a supermarket.

My last delivery arrived in a poor state on a Monday when it was supposed to arrive on a Friday. My relations could not find a card so did not know I had sent it.

Completely disappointed. Ordered for Friday delivery and they eventually arrived on Monday, and the calla lillies were already spoilt. Will not be recommending when they can't deliver on the day specified especially at the price charged.

Flowers were lovely when they eventually arrived !!! ordered Wed arrived Sat had picked the next day Thursday for delivery..know it was my fault as in the very small print and after I had Placed the order, it said due to Corona virus not able to guarantee the selected date... would be better if this was displayed at click date page.. no problems in the past but will defiantly not be using this site again
