Awful ordered flowers for my friend son who committed suicide.Got wrong house no off a friend as grieving.Too late to cancel it going to 46 instead of 40. Saw my friend yesterday no flowers but that was last thing on her mind.I asked Bunches to resend to 40 but no reply.Didn't even get confirmation of order till late.No tracking.I have yet to tell my two friends who contributed we wasted 32pounds not even offer of a refund.I can't be bothered with hassle anymore my friend is more important.Never order there again.Still awaiting refund

Picture makes it look a bigger bunch than it actually is, right amount of roses but they were still very small from what you’d expect from a florist and haven’t lasted a week. Won’t use again. Very poor value

The flowers were promised for 9th June and arrived on Friday evening 12th June!!! Half the flowers were dead and the rest were past their best. All in all very disappointing.

I would absolutely not recommend any purchase from Bunches if delivery by Royal Mail first class is selected. Disastrous as missed delivery exacerbated by weekend waiting for next working day. Desperately Disappointed!

Tiny bouquet for the money , that size of flowers I could get in Tesco for £8 hamper tiny and poor quality for £25 . Highly disappointed. Will not be buying again

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Half the flowers didn’t even blossom before they died. Paid £30 for 3 flowers basically.

Turned up 2 days late for my friends Birthday, even though it said 1st class delivery and ordered in around a week before her Birthday. Wasn’t overly satisfied with the product, as always the flowers look better online. Won’t be ordering again.

Flowers didnt even last a week, i sent them to my son and daughter in law as we haven't seen them since lockdown as a surprise!! Very disappointed and will think twice before using bunches again!!

Ordered a special bouquet of Orchids the favourite flower of a friend’s birthday who had just completed 6th Chemo Therapy treatment dot recurring cancer - flowers arrived late and instead of the orchids I had ordered at a cost of £20 she got a pathetic bunch of freesias I could have bought in my local supermarket for £5! Redress from bunches £5 posey points - not good enough!

As per our terms & conditions, in the event of supply difficulties we may need to substitute stems, however any stems replaced are of equal/or greater value. Poor Service. Flowers arrived late and their customer services was poor. I appreciate things are difficult at the moment but if only they had given an explanation instead of excuses and an apology they would not have received a bad review from me. By the way I have used Bunches on many many occasions.

Awful, the flowers I ordered were slow to arrive (three days after the delivery date given) and didn’t even slightly resemble the online picture. When I say didn’t resemble what they were supposed to I mean at all... it was like weeds rather than flowers. I was embarrassed for the person receiving them. Awful, awful, awful never again using this company!! Please don’t waste your money on flowers from bunches, there are better companies out there. Bunches uses false advertising, what you see is not what you get!

Appalling that a bunch of flowers that were moment to be sent to apologise were half dead. My mum sent me a pic to say never use this company again... No response to rectify the complaint

Poor quality of flowers delivered, my flowers only lasted 3 days and the sunflowers 4 days

I ordered some flowers for my grandpa's funeral. They arrived a day late and half dead. When I enquired on why they didn't arrive on the day I needed them, customer service guy said I should paid for corrier. He was very rude and didn't apologise at all. I was soo upset by his attitude. I had to buy another bouquet from Tesco's, which ended up being better than the flowers I received.

Flowers didn’t arrive on day stated . Really disappointing as when I emailed they said delivery can be three days after delivery date. This isn’t clear on website. I wouldn’t use these again

I was really disappointed with these flowers. The bunch I choose looked completely different to the pictures online. In reality were much smaller, and they came wrapped in cheap looking plastic, similar to petrol station flowers.

Unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with the flowers received, I paid £26 for around 10-12 stems which looked no where near as full as the image I was placing the order from. Very disappointed unfortunately

Out of four bunches of flowers my wife received for her 70th birthday, two were ok, but two were very poor. Although we did our best to try and nurse them, they were not an advert for dealing with Bunches again. If just one bunch was poor, that might be acceptable, but two out of four is not acceptable. By contrast, our daughter bought flowers from a local florist, and they are everything we expect them to be, and still looking lovely. I leave you to draw your own conclusion where we will be buying our flowers from in future.
