“Won't be using Bunches again. Using the virus as an excuse for late delivery is no excuse. What made things worse is that it was my wifes birthday and we haven't seen each other for 5 months due to being in different countries during the pandemic. The flowers ended up in the bin as she thought I'd forgotten.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. We do offer a courier service for customer who do require a specific date, however this service was not selected on this occasion. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused. “Sadly I was very disappointed. I purchased what I thought to be a lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife on our anniversary and what turned up was a bashed up box and a poor excuse of a bouquet without flower food so they only lasted about 4 days before they started to smell. I would of got a better bunch from a supermarket.”

“My last delivery arrived in a poor state on a Monday when it was supposed to arrive on a Friday. My relations could not find a card so did not know I had sent it.”

“Completely disappointed. Ordered for Friday delivery and they eventually arrived on Monday, and the calla lillies were already spoilt. Will not be recommending when they can't deliver on the day specified especially at the price charged.”

“Flowers were lovely when they eventually arrived !!! ordered Wed arrived Sat had picked the next day Thursday for delivery..know it was my fault as in the very small print and after I had Placed the order, it said due to Corona virus not able to guarantee the selected date... would be better if this was displayed at click date page.. no problems in the past but will defiantly not be using this site again”

“Never order from this site again booked flowers 0 days advance and they was 3 days late they tried to blame Covid19 situation and Royal Mail but everything I ordered that got delivered with Royal Mail came with no problem birthday gift was ruined never again”

“Order some flowers that cost £26.00, don't know how they had the nerve to send out such rubbish. Have seen better flowers in a petrol station for £2.00. will never use bunches again. Contacted them and was just fobbed off”

“I ordered My Partner a scented bouquet for her 65th Birthday,they arrived 1 day late, & missed her Special Day.the stock was turning brown on arrival and was dead within 2 days,no lovely perfume from the peonies 1 also dead within 2 days also 1 of the roses.Lastly the stem sweet williams were dropping petals within 2 days We were extremely dissappointed and will not be using Bunches again!!!”

“Failed to make delivery on requested date, although the order was placed more than 4 working days in advance. The order was for birthday flowers, but did not arrive on the day. Poor value for money when the flowers eventually arrived.”

“It was meant to be closed buds flowers I ordered but they arrived as open flowers as all the buds were open! Extremely disappointing as life expectancy will be far less! As if they come bud form life expectancy is 2 weeks hence why I ordered them! Not happy at all!!”
