Poor quality of flowers delivered, my flowers only lasted 3 days and the sunflowers 4 days

I ordered some flowers for my grandpa's funeral. They arrived a day late and half dead. When I enquired on why they didn't arrive on the day I needed them, customer service guy said I should paid for corrier. He was very rude and didn't apologise at all. I was soo upset by his attitude. I had to buy another bouquet from Tesco's, which ended up being better than the flowers I received.

Flowers didn’t arrive on day stated . Really disappointing as when I emailed they said delivery can be three days after delivery date. This isn’t clear on website. I wouldn’t use these again

I was really disappointed with these flowers. The bunch I choose looked completely different to the pictures online. In reality were much smaller, and they came wrapped in cheap looking plastic, similar to petrol station flowers.

Unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with the flowers received, I paid £26 for around 10-12 stems which looked no where near as full as the image I was placing the order from. Very disappointed unfortunately

Out of four bunches of flowers my wife received for her 70th birthday, two were ok, but two were very poor. Although we did our best to try and nurse them, they were not an advert for dealing with Bunches again. If just one bunch was poor, that might be acceptable, but two out of four is not acceptable. By contrast, our daughter bought flowers from a local florist, and they are everything we expect them to be, and still looking lovely. I leave you to draw your own conclusion where we will be buying our flowers from in future.

The 93% guarantee for selected day delivery is ridiculous and completely defeats the point of selecting a specific day for delivery. Absolutely not worth it, bouquets arriving two days later than the selected date doesn’t make any sense, doesn’t take into account any circumstances that may mean the recipient can not receive the flowers. Ends up being a waste of time, money and services.

I have in the past used bunches many times and been very happy with their flowers. However, the latest flowers only lasted 3 days, which was very dissappointing. Perhaps it was the mix of flowers, not sure. They were looked after the same as always. I have no issue with the web site, ordering or delivery, but if the end result, the important bit - the flowers, just don't last then the result will be a poor review. For the price I would have expected at least 2 weeks out of the flowers, as other flowers have from other shops.

Extremely disappointed, orchids dying after a week. New buds dry and yellow in colour and falling off. Previous orders have been great when my Mum has sent them to me/sister so I thought I’d return the favour and I’m very upset. My Mums been very ill and spent 4 months in hospital these were to cheer her up and when mum got these for me lasted over 3 weeks. Extremely unhappy

ARRIVED LATE, WHEN I QUERIED WHY IT DID NOT ARRIVE ON STATED DELIVERY DATE, I WAS TOLD IT CAN TAKE UP TO ANOTHER 3 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.WHEN IT DID ARRIVE LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN PULLED THROUGH A BUSH.FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING WITH BUNCHES.CO.UK.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Really disappointed with the service at Bunches. I ordered flowers on a Tuesday to arrive that Saturday for my friend's birthday, and they did not arrive until the following Tuesday. Will not be using them again!

Really disappointed with the bouquet I sent the Rose's died within 2 days. And then rest doing last much longer. These were sent to a friend as I had an asthma attack at her house and she really helped me So you can understand how disappointing it was to hear from her how quickly they had all died Jo x

Due to an error with the address the flowers were not delivered. After a few emails back and forth, I asked for a refund but was told I could have 25% off another order. I declined. I have used Bunches a few times and have been pleased. I am afraid after this experience I won’t be using them again.

Most of flowers arrived on date requested.... largest bunch arrived 2 days after requested... do 2 days after daughters birthday....a number of flowers were dead! Sent complaint email, still awaiting response some 6 days later.....

I was not happy with the way the flowers turned out. Looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed and there was no vase sent with.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Disappointed with the quality of the blooms. The Iris's died completely two days after receipt. Generally poor condition. Previous orders have been good but very disatified with this order to a very good friend for a special birthday.
