“Whilst it is understandable that deliveries could be delayed slightly due to Covid-19, the flowers I ordered for my friend’s birthday were 5 days late and some of the stems were wilting. Therefore they were not value for money and I won’t be using Bunches again, or recommending them”

“To be honest I was a little bit disappointed. I ordered these for an Anniversary present and when I was sent the photo I thought the flowers looked a bit tired and were mostly open so wouldn't last long☹️have used this site before but not sure I would use again.”

“I ordered the ‘Summer Glow’ bunch of flowers for my mum. They arrived on time and our first impressions were good, however, the bunch began wilting after only 4 days! This is the first time ordering from your website, and I won’t be making any further purchases. I expected the bloom to last a lot longer than 4 days. Instructions were followed and the water was changed in the vase. I have to say I’m very disappointed as they were a gift for my mum and I was definitely expecting much more after reading the reviews and the cost of the bunch.”

“This is the first time I have used bunches. I normally use Bloom and Wild but I had a discount code for bunches so decided to give them a whirl! The flowers arrived late, I ordered them on a Thursday morning for a Saturday delivery and they assured me they would be delivered on the day and they arrived on the Monday. Although this was not horrendously late I have never had this problem with Bloom and Wild who use the same postal service, I have sent 6 sets of flowers throughout the pandemic with Bloom and Wild and none have been late 🤷‍♀️. So as a result I won’t use them again.”

“The service was good but the roses and phlox lasted only three days. So your quality control is poor and I am put off using your firm because there is lots of choice of florists and this has not happened to me with others. Poor for a special occasion.”

“I have not seen the delivery and whilst I’d ordered them well in advance of the requested date of 11 June they did not arrive until 15th. Hopefully they were good enough in quality to have been worth the delayed delivery.”

“Sister was disappointed on opening flowers were bruised and fern had lost most of its fronds. Perked up a little the second day apparently but have not lasted like they should. Unusual for Bunches always been very good in past.”
