Supposed to arrive Wednesday 10 June. Arrived Saturday 13 June . All the rides dead and dry and no water. Very disappointed

The flowers were fine but there was no card with them to say who they were from.

We do send a confirmation email directly after the order is placed, so the details can be reviewed and amended if needed before the gift is dispatched. The website is easy to use with bespoke cards and gifts at a good price, trendy and personalised which is what drew me to purchasing however I’m not impressed by the delivery. I ordered on a Friday and there was no delivery choice for Monday so I selected Tuesday. The flowers didn’t arrive on the the Tuesday and when I called the customer service team they weren’t that helpful saying the option I chose is around that period of time and could vary a few days. I order flowers all the time and other florists have next day delivery or specific days you can select for delivery with Norton Shopping Guaratee or money back. I didn’t even receive a notification when the flowers arrived. A sweet start but a slightly bitter ending as flowers are usually for a special occasion. Just wanted to share my honest feedback and will hopefully support your e-com growth in business.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. I think the flowers might have been ok but unfortunately the delivery date was missed. This meant that flowers intended for Saturday 6th June spent another 2 days in the post and were not delivered until late afternoon on 8th June so were not received in best condition. I don’t know if this was a problem with Bunches or Royal Mail.

The first time of ordering from this company and i must say really disappointed with the bouquet i ordered, there very few flowers for the price i paid, the box was not even secure it was all open and damaged upon arriving at the recipients property, won't be ordering again from them

Communication rude. No regard for importance of date of arrival. No apology for failure only covering themselves with small print in terms and conditions. Shan't use again. Compared to Bloom and Wild they are rubbish.

I have used bunches many times for friends but thought would treat myself and was disappointed- flowers were already wilting when arrived and didn’t last a week

The website is very easy to navigate, the delivery arrived on time and the flowers looked great upon arrival. Despite all this the flowers began to die 4 days after the delivery, leaving the recipient quite disappointed.

I ordered flowers for a friend who has been in hospital and they arrived very wilted and tired. Fortunately they recovered once she put them in water.

In April, I ordered a bunch of letter box lMB735434032GBilies for a friend's birthday and a rose plant with chocolates for a relative's birthday. When choosing the date I picked a day earlier than necessary thinking this would be safe for my gifts to be there by the correct day. When I selected the dates and chose standard delivery there was no notification that there would be a delay. Unfortunately, the potted rose was delivered 4 days late - thankfully with some watering the plant recovered although I was disappointed that it was not there for the birthday. However, the post box lilies arrived 5 days late and my friend was disappointed to not have them for her birthday. They were dried out and although placing them in water revived them a little they only lasted 3days - not what I would expect for around £20. When I contacted Bunches to express my disappointment they passed the blame onto Royal Mail and simply said they knew there were significant delays in posting. If Bunches choose to use Royal Mail why did the standard delivery not state the delays (as I may have chosen express delivery otherwise) also I am shocked that they do not care what experience their customers get upon receipt of dead, dried out, late flowers. I was offered no refund and feel like I wasted over £40 for the two orders. Whilst I understand theses are unprecedented times I feel let down by the fact that they knew delays were happening and took my money anyway. Since then a banner has been put on the website to say there are delays but I feel this should be brought to attention at point of delivery choice as well, as items had well over a week notice from my point of order. I shall not be using Bunches again.

We have used Bunches for a number of years and been Very satisfied and recommended you to other people However we were very disappointed with the Scented Summer flowers we received on 10th June 2020. The roses were tinged with yellow and already past their best on delivery. The white stocks were beginning to turn brown within 12 hours of delivery and the whole bunch looks very tired. Unfortunately we have sent 4 of these bunches to friends in the last week and the responses we have received have been somewhat muted. We shall not choose Scented Summer again and will revert to our normal choice of Berry Charm....if indeed we use Bunches again. This delivery was very disappointing

Flowers did not last well and I suspect they suffered in the heat as the two days before delivery were warm. However, I would not expect an expensive bouquet to be completely finished after 5 days. Very disappointed.
