Was very dissapointed with the amount paid & what my ill friend received. The photo displayed is the Premuim & higher priced display & the price next to it was for the standard bucn with the options to upgrade. I wish now I had gone to a competitor who offered a much better standard of flowers for the price.

I ordered these flowers for my mums wedding anniversary and to cheer her up during lockdown. She was very disappointed with the quality and told me she had thrown them out within 5 days as they were already going over. Considering the cost of the roses I would expect a little longer tbh and wouldn’t order from them again. At least they did arrive on time but must admit to feeling a little let down due to it being a special occasion and the fact that she admitted to me they were poor quality.

I placed an order to be there for the 2nd June and the flowers got there over four day’s after that... not sure what condition they would be in by then

Usually I have been very satisfied with Bunches, but a recent purchase of flowers sent to a good friend arrived by post, but the flowers were either dying or dead on arrival. I know we are living through challenging times but - Very Disappointing and I do not feel confident in using your service now. J Steele.

Normally pleased with the flowers which I have ordered but this time they arrived two days late and some of the flowers were already dying. I think this was because the water reservoir was empty.

The sunflowers were shrivelled and never opened up nicely. Didn’t last very long. Was a birthday present for my mum and I was disappointed

I have always been really pleased with the flowers I have ordered but this time I'm sorry to say they were a disappointment. The flowers were not up to the standard I have come to expect and my mother-in-law, the recipient, said they barely lasted the week.

I wont be ordering from bunches again. The carnations I ordered were wilting and very dry, I know the post is taking longer than normal but they should have had some form of water wrapping!

Delivery can take up to three days which is unacceptable when Sending fresh flowers . The flowers that I ordered were delivered to the wrong address And had to be collected and redelivered to the right address

Usually the service is good. On this occasion, the roses were in poor condition. The soil was very dry and had split all over the box, so came out in the hall. Not good on this one

My wife and I are very disappointed with the flowers we received, the Rose's never opened properly, a £5 bunch from Asda look better ( bought for same occasion by a friend) look better than ones we got from you.

Whilst not guaranteed, I got the impression from the info at order stage that this would have arrived on the Friday, after ordering on a Wednesday. It arrived on Monday. They were a gift, for a socially distanced meeting with someone special...so felt a waste of time and money although the flowers were lovely...they were for someone else, not me unfortunately

Picture on the internet made it look like a lovely big bunch of flowers, the flowers that come wasn’t even close to them, wouldn’t order again

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I have used bunches before and been very pleased very disappointed this time as I ordered 9 days before the date I wanted the flowers to arrive with cake for my friends 60th birthday they arrived a day late In the early evening Not what I expected at all and in the heat not sure they arrived in good order not happy with the email I received from bunches when they didn’t arrive on my friends birthday I was very very disappointed and will think twice before using them again.

Delivered on time for friends birthday. She was pleased with them but I feel that I paid a lot for very little. A bunch that size would have cost me no more than a fiver in the supermarket. This small bunch cost £26 not what I would call value for money.

Though it does say pay an extra £5.99 delivery for guaranteed delivery, I was very disappointed when I chose the free delivery and it turned up 2 days later than my Daughters Birthday, Considering I had ordered and paid a few weeks before the delivery date. The flowers had been in transit for three days of the 7 day guarantee and were already tired on arrival and didn't look fresh or appealing. I was recommended to use this company by my colleagues but wont be using them again. If you need the flowers as a gift pay the extra or go elsewhere.

Flowers died before the peonies blossomed. Rest of the flowers died after a few days.

I bought a bunch of flowers for my mother, and they looked nothing like the picture. They are called Pink Confetti with a selection of 15 long-lasting single Carnations in shades of pink and cream with beautiful pink Gypsophila. As you can tell from the photo, there are not 15 carnations, nor are there a mix of different shades of carnations. I was really disappointed.

All flowers died within 4 days despite changing water and cutting them. Half the flowers arrived half decayed and the other half partially blossomed by the time the others died

I ordered these flowers for my best friend and they were supposed to arrive last Saturday morning. Unfortunately they did not arrive as I was told they had been so I sent a response to the email I received from your delivery company which said they had been left on a front porch, not around the back as instructed. The email was sent to this email address on 23/05/20 at 19.43 - bunches
