The delivery and service was fine no problems. The flowers I ordered was a fraction of the size when delivered. Very disappointed and not at all like the picture on the website. I won’t be using Bunches again.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. They arrived a day late and were rather wilted but my sister said they did pick up a bit after a few hours.

Unfortunately the flowers were poor quality and only vaguely looked like they did in the picture. Very disappointed as these were a special thank you gift.

I had forgotten when I reordered flowers from Bunches how disappointed I was with the flowers. Never as full as they look on the page.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. So disappointed! The flower presentation on your web page looks amazing but when my friend received them in person they looked minimal.

Always been very good with delivery but recent order was stuck in depot for days. Mother in law not received flowers until 4 days after her birthday!Not impressed.

I was disappointed that flowers I ordered on 11th November were not actually delivered until Tuesday 16th November & when I asked the recipient how fresh they were - her reply was a little wilted!! Very disappointed about this as usually I am happy with the service

Surprise ruined As i ordered this said delivery next day but royal mail didn't deliver on my daughter birthday 11th November which when then delivered on the 13 not even next day which left me emailed to re arrange the delivery the and the which first day available was the Saturday 13 so was not happy about it so i stick to Moonpig and which is never late but early thanks

I sent what should have been a £40 bunch of flowers to a friend, however there was a twenty-five percent discount at the time I purchased them. I was sent a photograph of the flowers which was very disappointing and certainly not a £40 bouquet. I think the discount was reflected in the size of the bouquet. When this company first started up, the flowers were great, but unfortunately the last two bouquets I’ve purchased from them seem to be getting smaller and cheaper looking. I won’t be buying from them again!

The recipient of the flowers told me that they were of poor quality compared with previous deliveries. There was one stem which was dead and had to be thrown out. The remainder of the bunch were very droopy but did perk up a bit once put in water. Overall they were dissatisfied with the gift which is disappointing.

Next day delivery attempted delivery after 2nd day(Friday) no one at home .did not leave note of attempted delivery.did not try to leave with neighbors or leave notice of attempted delivery. No attempt made on Saturday therefore flowers due for delivery Thursday were not received until Monday after weekend.flowers were therefore dry and in poor condition . I do not rate delivery service .

After ordering two bunches last week very disappointed on both, nothing like the flowers in picture, I am in the process with bunches about this, I have had deliveries before with no problems 🙁

The roses within the bunch..which should have formed the focal point...and which was the reason for buying this particular arrangement...failed to move away from the tight buds delivered...they began to die within couple of days...hey appeared to have been compressed at some stage...to my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary....totally diappointed with your product...needless to say I will no be using you again
