I use bunches all the time usually a good service. This time I wanted to surprise someone with flowers. They got left outside the doorbell wasn't even rung or no knock on the door as a result they only saw the flowers 4 days later. So not happy with their service and will be looking to use someone else next time!!

I ordered two thank you letterbox flowers. One had to be replaced as it didn't last very long. That's the second time this has happened with only six orders in total. I won't be using bunches again.

I sent my daughter freesias as a thank you but she told me that when they arrived, they were limp and dry. Freesia are a delicate flower and normally have wet tissue or cotton wool around the ends. Such a disappointment, what happened?

Paid £20 for a bouquet for my cousins 30th, asked her to send a picture. Hardly any stems, was very disappointing. If you go local you get gorgeous bouquets

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. So disappointed over Christmas with the quality of both sent and received flowers, has now put me off using them again. When you’re paying a premium for delivered flowers, that’s what one expects.

I bought my mum flowers for Christmas from Bunches they were beautiful and as stated in bud on delivery to ensure they last longer unfortunately died after 3 days Won’t be ordering again

I am usually very impressed with bunches but unfortunately this last bouquet only lasted for 4 days before it looked ready for the compost bin. Very disappointed compared to previous purchases.

I was very disappointed as wot the picture shows to wot was actually delivered was appalling… there was not an option on this particular bunch to add more stems. So I presumed that the flowers in that case would represent the picture…

I was saddened to learn from the recipient that her flowers were delivered in a box with no moisture, some were drooping but revived, and yellowing leaves had to be removed.

I was very disappointed to hear from my daughter, informing me that the flowers I ordered arrived in a sorry state. This is the first time that I have experienced such a complaint. I hope it doesn't occurr again

Unfortunately disappointing. I'd scheduled the flowers to arrive on on the recipient's certain birthday but they didn't show up. There was then an attempted delivery the next day. In the end they showed up three days late looking extremely sad. I'm aware this is likely a fault of Royal Mail but I'd tried to contact bunches during this time and never received a response to my email.

On My last order I paid approximately £5 extra to guarantee same day delivery on 6th December only to discover that this was delivered the day before on the 5th December. This was disappointing as the persons special birthday was the 6th. I feel I should be credited the extra payment.

These flowers was ordered in plenty of time, they was despatched collected and should have been delivered the following day on a 24 hour delivery from being collected, unfortunately they was not delivered until the following day which made it then a 48 hour delivery, these was for my wife's aunties 80th birthday, Bunches should be taking this up with Royal Mail as the are the senders. Well Done Bunches and Royal Mail. Seriously thinking of not ordering anything else from Bunches.
