“Not even close to worth the £24 I paid for the bunch of flowers!”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your arrangement didn't meet your expectations. Our bouquets are displayed online with detailed descriptions of what's included. We send many of our flowers in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer and arrive in perfect condition during transit. The bouquet you selected isn't from our hand-tied range and needs to be arranged on arrival. It also requires a little time to bloom fully before it will resemble our online image. If you feel there are stems missing from your arrangement, please let us know which ones so we can look into this for you. You can find the complete bouquet contents listed on our website. If all stems have been received, we recommend following the care instructions provided. Once the flowers have fully bloomed, if you're still not completely happy, please get back in touch and we'll be more than happy to help further. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused. “As my son always sends me flowers from Bunches and they are always lovely and long lasting I thought I would send a bouquet to my cousin who was reaching the age of 80 years on the 2nd May. A photo was sent to me and they looked really lovely. I was very pleased. Thank You.”

“Excellent product, although let down by delivery service (Royal Mail) who, despite having promised delivery (for my wife's birthday) at around 12:00 on the day, did not actually deliver until 19:15 ! The package was split, and some of the flowers flattened, causing them not to last as long as others.”

“The flowers were a gift for my daughter. They were beautiful and arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately, she was out when they arrived and they were delivered to the salon below her flat, who kept them for her. She didn't receive a notification card and only became aware they were there when I messaged her to ask if they'd arrived - slightly spoilt the surprise!”
