“My neighbour told me the flowers were beautiful. Sent as a thank you for looking after my cats, so pleased she was happy with them. Kept up to date with delivery, glad they arrived on day asked for. Not sure I like the fact orders could arrive next workung day to say requested especially if a Friday. The reason for giving 4 not 5 stars. Positive side, reasonable pricing and lots of choice.”

“I can only accept the comments of recipient re flowers. She was very happy with them as buds were opening and she liked the colours. However she did not seem to receive the card I booked to go with them, so I had to contact her to see if received. She had not contacted me as they were meant to be a surprise - not anonymous !!!”

“The flowers I ordered were for a friend for her 50th birthday and though they were delivered rather late by Royal Mail but on the right day my friend loved the flowers which were beautiful.”

“Very disappointed in the service. Ordered 2 different items for a special occasion to be delivered to the same address on the same day. One delivered, the other did not arrive. No notification of this. Although we have received a refund we are very disappointed in the service.”
