“I chose a "letterbox" bunch, so it could be delivered when they were out (as I knew they would be). But they attempted delivery, and said they couldn't deliver as no-one was in, and it had to re redelivered the following day. What is the point of a letterbox option if they won't deliver unless someone is in!”

“Bunches is my go-to place for flower gifts for the specail people in my life! The web-site is clear and informative, and the chocie of flowers great. The flowers are always lovely quality, presented nicely, and often with a pack oif free seeds (also lovely!!) I miss the white cut orchids though.. as this was an occasional gift for me!!”

“Recipient said flowers were beautiful. For some reason Royal Mail did not leave the flowers and they went back to the depot. If I had known someone had to be in, I would have added some delivery instructions. I send flowers as a surprise so I don’t necessary expect the recipient to be in at the time of delivery and to alert them to this I just check that they are about that day.”

“What is there to say really. Easy website I ordered a hamper and there was multiple choices. The only one minor thing. Is there are coffee ones, And Tea ones, nice to have a mixed (tea and coffee) But good value. Recommend.”
