“Have used Bunches regularly to order flowers and plants. The ordering is always easy and have never had any problems. The people I have sent to have always said how well they arrived and how long they lasted. A few years ago you sent out a free packet of seed which was a nice idea .”

“Well what can I say about Bunches after using many different companies over the years and being disappointed I stumbled across bunches wow what an amazing company never ever had a bad bunch I use them for all my flower needs and everyone always say how amazing their flowers look and how long they last I recommend them to all my friends and family and won't use anyone else now. “Flowers PAID for but NEVER delivered. MONEY UTTERLY WASTED !!! Must have gone to someone unknown. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY These were supposed to be delivered after a death of husband and post funeral as a help towards recovery !!! NEVER AGAIN SHALL I USE BUNCHES.”

“The flowers did not arrive on the specified day and were only despatched on the specified day of delivery, despite ordering them well in advance. No notification that they would be late, and no real apology when it was queried.”

“Very pleased with your flowers and delivery. The bouquet was beautiful and my Mum was delighted. They were reasonably priced too which was great. I did though have a hiccup when ordering as it was tricky to put my Australian address into your system. It finally accepted it though and all was ok.
