Ordered a £35 bouquet for my mum's birthday. When I saw them arranged in the vase I couldn't believe how few flowers there were. My dad is expert at arranging flowers for my mum but he couldn't do much with these.

The package arrived on time as stated which was good. However, the roses were really brown and not in a good condition. It is shown in a metal shabby chic vase, and I thought that it came with this (I clearly didn’t read the small print)! So I then had to go and buy a similar type of product, as it was bought for this. Overall a bit disappointing.

The flowers arrived on time but I was disappointed with the quality. I thought they were very much overpriced. After two days the roses were turning brown. As these were ordered on behalf of my friend, who was recovering from a heart attack, I felt very let down.

I was disappointed with my order - it did not look the same as what was depicted on-line. Very sure I would not order from Bunches again. Certainly not value for money.....

Flowers looked nice initially but within only 3 days looked tired and leaves/petals dropped. Wouldn’t personally buy again sadly.

Not a good experience the flowers arrived very tired with lots of loose petals,after tidying and putting a case the flowers only lasted 4 days

It’s such a shame as I really rate Bunches and have sent lots of flowers via them. But the last bunch was very poor and only lasted a few days ☹️. As this is the first bad bunch, I will use them again but wait to see if maybe their standards have dropped. Will be happy to post a five star review if all all good,

Great service, delivery and packaging however gypsophila was dead on arrival and had to go directly into the brown bin….

The recipient indicated that she felt the condition of her flowers was disappointing. She said the stems were very dry and some of the leaves on the alstroemeria were crushed. As this was a birthday gift I later bought another bunch from a local supermarket to compensate. This is the first time I have been disappointed by a delivery from Bunches.

Very disappointed in my sisters birthday flowers I’d ordered. 50th birthday for her, I live a long way away, so thought sending flowers would be nice. Not happy with them at all

I Have ordered from bunches a few times previously and been happy with the quality for the price. This time was somewhat different. The ‘card’ is more like a sheet of A4 paper folded in half. It was tiny, thin and arrived all creased and damaged within the box. It simply wasn’t worth the premium charged. The flowers themselves were poor compared to previous orders. Although the stem count was met, the stems were tiny and sparse. Your average sub-£10 supermarket bouquet is significantly larger, so for 3 times the price, I felt they offered poor value for money. I was very disappointed given previous orders, so much so I don’t think I will bother using bunches again.

The first collection we had included peonies. This was good and lasted well. The second which arrived just a week ago was very disappointing. It contained 3peonies which have either not opened at all or have withered 3 roses which were dead by Tuesday and some small yellow and white flowers which have been falling for three days. Very disappointing

Ordered 2 Bunches of flowers for neighbours and they never received the card. One neighbour was very upset at the anonymous flowers and binned them. The other neighbour worked it out but it should have been obvious with the card. Not happy. BTW I did complain I am still waiting for resolution.

Flowers arrived two days late for my friend's birthday after having been returned to Leeds for some reason!? They arrived in a poor state, having no water and were quite a pathetic sight, only a few blooms of carnations I could have bought at the local supermarket for less than half the price! I've used Bunches before without any problems but am afraid these were a let down.

Delivery was good but unfortunately the flowers were quite poor and died very quickly. Would not order again!
