The service is brilliant, with the flowers being delivered as requested and they looked great out of the box; however, they didn't last as long as expected. Sorry to say that we have often had supermarket flowers that last longer. We like using Bunches as they donate to charity and a family concern, but are considered looking elsewhere in future.

The bouquet was much smaller than in the pictures. i won't be ordering from Bunches again.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Very disappointed,flowers looked nothing like on-line photo,much smaller and not very fresh,definitely not worth £32 will not be using Bunches again

Bought for my mum's birthday. She was very pleased. I was disappointed however the roses were very brown and didn't look nice. Not really worth the money.

Disappointed in the quality of the flowers I ordered for a present not many flowers at all for the amount I paid have ordered before and happy with the flowers I received but not happy with the last flowers I ordered

The flowers were appreciated BUT they were delivered 2 days before the date I specified. My attempt to stop this happening was unsuccessful. I will not be using Bunches in future for birthday presents.

The flowers were smaller than shown on the website and started to die within 3 days despite being put in water immediately upon delivery. They also weren't 'in bud' as promised on the website.

Sadly, probably both bunches and myself let down my Royal Mail. Flowers were sent to wrong sorting office. Ended up being a day late, you could tell the flowers had been past from office to office, not in the best of condition when they were finally delivered. When contacting bunches it’s was a very we’ll hide behind the T&C’s of the purchase, when maybe a heart felt apology would have been nice.

I paid the extra courier delivery costs for a Sunday delivery and the flowers weren’t delivered until the Monday . I placed the order 7 days before the delivery date but it was still 1 day late .

Normally very good, but very disappointed with my last order. This included my wife's favourite - stocks. Unfortunately the first stock was dead within 3 days, the remainder within 5, with flower heads dropping off in between.

I want this firm to do well but a delivery booked and paid for did not happen, as it was Sunday I was unable to contact either Bunches or the courier on the day and was left frustrated

There was a lot of damage on the latest delivery, the only time we've experienced this. I didn't return the flowers as they were a gift and I wasn't around to do so.

I was very disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the day requested and there was no information about when they would be delivered. Apparently they were sent to Durham instead of Darlington I have already asked for my details to be removed from the mailing list. In future I shall use one of the efficient alternatives.

Delivered a day late. DPD timings were all out and they just left flowers on doorstep without knocking or ringing bell..

Very disappointed. The tight buds turned brown overnight then the open blooms went the same way.
