The flowers were lovely when arrived but even when following instructions started to die after 2 days. Not what you expect when ordering something of that expense.

I ordered what I thought was a bunch of flowers in a little bright jug but was told they came with out the jug. Very disappointed ☹️

Flowers died after two days had to throw most away Ended up with three wilted sunflowers for £28 Will go to Tesco’s next time

A lovely bouquet spoiled by lack of moisture. The letterbox flowers had clearly not been watered and were very dry when delivered by Royal Mail. A shame.

Didn't do enough to help me when wrong address was given. Message read flowers delivered. It was only when I contacted the receiver. I new the flowers had not been delivered.

Disappointed with how the flowers delivered just didn't 'open up' and stayed similar to how they arrived, before passing thier best. The bunch was presented very nicely, I just would have preferred more life.

Wrong flowers recd by my daughter. A replacement bouquet was sent out (this time the correct flowers) . Unfortunately DPD just left on the door step in the street ( no front garden) because my daughter was out. By some miracle they were still there when she came home. She lives in a city and the flowers were left on the pavement for anyone to take. The flowers are usually delivered by Royal Mail, who will leave with a neighbour or at worst take back to a secure post office. I have used bunches for over 20 years and Royal Mail have always been used and arrived on allocated day. I will not order again if DPD is used I’m afraid

We are sorry to hear the wrong bouquet arrived, when a replacement bouquet is sent out we always use a courier service to ensure the gift is delivered as soon as possible as Royal Mail deliveries can take up top 2 days to arrive. The courier service are able to leave the parcel at the address if this is deemed safe, therefore our apologies for this being left on a busy street. Very disappointed with the flowers. Even though followed all the instructions with watering and flowers food,but still the flowers started dying from day 2 and had to throw them away on day 5 of delivery, so very disappointed with the purchase. I am sorry but I ''ll never buy them again.

Actually after years of loyal ordering I feel these may be the last ones I order. Quick delivery but £25 gets you more (and fresher) from the local florist. They came quite bashed up and are almost ready for the bin 3-4 days later.

Was very disappointed. The flowers were a gift for my friends 30th. They didn't look nearly as good as they did in the photo on your website.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Very disappointed, flowers didn't arrive on the day and when I rang Customer Service the next day they said that they were being delivered that day. They never arrived again so another phone call to Customer Service who apologised and said they would upgrade the bouquet and deliver it the next. Fingers crossed it arrives this time.

Put the wrong delivery date in for the flowers. Totally my fault. However, 2 emails and an attempted phone call to see if this could be changed were met with no reply or acknowledgement. In a competitive market, customer service is key, and yours was the poorest I have experienced in some time.

The flowers were delivered to my sister last Wednesday afternoon and were beautiful. By the Saturday they were all dying. I live in the Netherlands and my sister only told me a few days ago this happened. Normally Bunches flowers last much longer. I’m very disappointed this time. Total waste of my money.

I have used your service for many years to send flowers to friends and family. Last week I ordered flowers for myself for the first time and was disappointed in the quality of the tied posy I ordered. ( I felt somewhat embarrassed to wonder what my previous orders for others had been like).

Ordering process is easy and the selection of flowers is good. Problem occurred when needing to change delivery. No help available outside of standard office hours. A voice message says to use the website chat facility - which doesn't exist. I found out after ordering that the recipient had gone away and wouldn't be back for a week. Tried to change the delivery details with Royal Mail, but despite allowing that, they were delivered anyway. So some lovely expensive flowers have sat and died in a box. not good.

We ordered some flowers for a friend’s birthday, when she showed them us on the day we were disappointed and a little embarrassed. There were not a lot of flowers for the price paid and they didn’t look like a bouquet of flowers - more like a small bunch purchased from a shop. It has put me off ordering again.
