“Disappointed by the size of the bunch received, so embarrassed by them I had to go to my local supermarket to buy another bunch to boost the size. Will not be using their service again.”

“Ordering and delivery was great. I saw the flowers three days after they arrived at my daughter-in-laws home and I was very disappointed. In fact quite ashamed of them. They looked very sparse with fewer stems than advertised. Ive used Bunches for several years and am wondering how many other gifts have been of such poor quality. I shall steer clear in future.”

“For the amount paid they amount of flowers and quality were very poor. I could have bought a better bunch in my local supermarket for half the price. They were meant to be to cheer my mum up on my grandads birthday who recently Passed away. Quite embarrassing”

“The pictures online don’t accurately represent what you actually receive. The bunch received looked half the size of what I expected it to be. Good point they did arrive on time though.”

“Sadly orchids got seriously chilled in transit and started to droop from day two. As expensive per stem, they need to be better protected during transit. Disappointed Valentine’s gift.”

“Flowers very small for price. Paid over £30 for 1 & £29 for another, same size as what you’d get in a supermarket for £10. Not worth the money. Won’t be using again”

“I have always had an amazing service from Bunches but on this occasion not the case. I ordered on the 6th February for delivery on the 10th for a birthday but unfortunately it didnt arrive until the 11th - too late. Previously deliveries have been the day after ordering. Obviously in these covid times it is more difficult hence giving a lot more time. I ordered other flowers from a different company and they were actually delivered the following day! Was not happy!!”

“I buy my fair share of flowers always for other people, and Bunches have been reliable in the past in terms of quality and delivery on time. The latest order was very different to the norm, and disappointingly poor. Also disappointing was their response to my enquiry as to what had gone wrong. They were not interested. I have cancelled my upcoming prefer with them as s result and will look elsewhere in future.”

“Never received email confirmation to say the flowers had been delivered so had to ask the recipient directly which in my eyes ruined the surprise. Also, don’t think they were amazing value for money if I’m honest.”

“Was sent photo of flowers that were delivered & was so disappointed at how few were in the bouquet. To be honest feel very cheated price wise. Not good value at all! Would not recommend.”

“The flowers card and chocolate arrived the day after my Aunts 88 birthday. So I will not use bunches ever again and feel that couldn’t and shouldn’t recommend them to friends and family.”
