“Purchased valentines flowers and was sorely disappointed with both the quantity and quality. Usually I’ve been very pleased with the service, but not this time and sadly this is not the first time I’ve experienced this on a national special occasion, the last time being Mother’s Day a few years ago. The response I got from customer services was that that was the standard amount and that I should wait until they had fully bloomed. Which I did, however, the majority of the lollies had started to die by the time the rest of the flowers bloomed. Sadly disappointed, and won’t be using again....Tesco do much nicer flowers a lot cheaper, especially on occasions such as valentines and Mother’s Day.”

“When the flowers arrived, I was so disappointed. They looked so small and extremely expensive for what was delivered. I was so embarrassed I went to Tesco and bought a far bigger bunch for £10”

“Ordered a large bouquet and it was disappointing small. Perhaps they count the leaves as stalks. Sad, as it was for Valentine’s Day too. Two stars as the order process was straightforward and delivery was smooth. Just let down by a poor product.”

“I felt for the price I paid the bouquet was very small, I even had a 15% off and it was still more expensive than other websites, although the flowers have lasted well but won’t be ordering from here again”

“Never expected the flowers to turn up as they did - I was expecting a big bloom of flowers on Valentines, but we got some bulbs of sort to put in water. Last time I purchase.”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery the very small amount of flowers. They looked nothing like what the Ires and Freesias photo looked like that is shown on your website. I would say there was about a QUATER of the flowers shown. I placed my order well in time for Valentines day. Also I would like to say this is not the first order I have placed with you, and that I was not very impressed the last time, but was willing to try again. But feel now that I shall not be ordering any more from you. Yours sincerely Mr K. Coyle.”

“Absolute shambles getting flowers delivered on time, got sent all over the country although it was mostly a Royal Mail problem, I had to do all the chasing up to find out what was happening. Had used this company for years but Don’t think I will use this company again . Very disappointed with the outcome.”

“Would have been a perfect valentines gift , if Valentine’s Day was on the 15th Feb ,, I know delivery is not guaranteed , so I placed an order 1 week before the delivery date 13th ,, so everything would be in place , with COVID and Royal Mail delivery times in mind , Obviously Bunches , was on the wrong song sheet . very dissatisfied ,”

“Unfortunately the roses (although vintage pink and beautiful) didn’t last any time at all. In fact one of the roses started to fade almost immediately. I really hoped that they would last at least a week from delivery but sadly no. They’d all died before the white freesias fully opened. Very disappointing.”
