“I ordered some flowers for my mother-in-law following the death of her father. I opted for the larger option too but was extremely disappointed and actually embarrassed at how small and sparse the bouquet was! They certainly did not look like they did in the photo! I will not be ordering from you again.”

“When ordering flowers I would of hoped they would of came looking bloomed and beautiful but no in stead they looked like they need a little/lot of help. After this they still don't look anything close to the picture. I would expect a little different obviously but no..”

“Disappointed with the display. Some had already passed their best and there were far too many white flowers. Packaging was good and they arrived on the right day. But quality was second best, in my view. They were not cheap either, won't order again.”

“i put the order in a week before and did not upgrade the postage seeing i put the order in over a week before i needed it deliver it did not arrive on the date i asked for only to be told on the phone that it was my fault should have upgraded at checkout this is not very good customer so i will not be using you again and i will not be recommending you in the future.”

“I ordered flowers for 01/02 (because the recipient works late and had a day off on that day), the package arrived on 31/01 and was left in front of the house for several hours. Flowers completely different than I ordered. I am not satisfied.”

“All arrived on time. I was sent a photo of the gifts and flowers and was very disappointed in the flowers as they did not resemble the photo that was advertised.”

“Specifically requested delivery person ring the bell so my 88 year old mum did not have to come outside but no he left them outside the high wooden gates against the hinge of the gate so when she opened the gate the flowers got trapped behind the gate so she had to get on her hands and knees to pull them out. Won't buy from Bunches again :(”

“I used your service on the recommendation of others but have been disappointed. The flowers arrived a day late and were very limp. The magic of receiving a lovely gift was lost for my daughter in having to revive the flowers. She assures me that they have survived but I won’t be encouraging others to use Bunches.”

“I have used bunches for quite a while. I sent some to my sister and she loved them. Sadly she also sent me some fresias and they were in full bloom on arrival and looking very 'droopy' I added a little water but they never really revived. They are my favourite flowers, so very dissapointed. I hope this was a one off.”

“Unfortunately the delivery of my flowers was delayed by three days. Bunches were not very helpful when I asked them whether they could assist with replacing the flowers. Sadly £25 not very well spent.”

“Delivery was very good. However, the Flowers looked nothing at all like the picture on the website, They should have been full of white flowers, instead it was full of green foliage! Very disappointed & embarrassed when the recipient send me a photo! Would certainly not use Bunches again.”

“I was quite disappointed. There was hardly any gypsophila and it wasn't very rainbow coloured and overall the bunch looked quite sparse compared to the image on the website, which I don’t think was a very true representation of what was actually received. They were for my Mum’s birthday and having used Bunches before I was quite surprised that what we got really didn’t live up to expectations.”
