“Ordering process no difficulty. Delivered as per order. Presentation - way below expectations, flatpack flowers. Aesthetically - uninspiring Quality disappointing - discarded within 3/4 days Price - not relevant, if the cost was reduced by 50% for the same product nothing else would change. Will not consider in future.”

“Sent these as a thank you gift to a friend. The photo of them looked really sad. Not much in them. It says they arrive in bud but they were all in bud and not a lot of them for £23. She sent me a photo and it looked a bit pathetic and sorry for itself. Shame...”

“I ordered some flowers for my wife a week before Valentines day as she works for the NHS and was working on Valentines day weekend. I waited a few days due to Covid and the snowy weather but heard nothing. When I e-mailed them, they apologised and blamed their courier, Royal Mail. I don’t know what happened, but when they asked to deliver next week, I asked for a refund instead. I couldn’t trust the new delivery would arrive at all. Bunches have been good in the past, but not sure what to make of this.”

“Sent flowers as a birthday surprise as unable to see my friend due to lockdown 2021. Was disappointed when she sent me a photo of the flowers that I had been delivered. I have bought bigger from the supermarket - will no be using again!!”

“Whilst the flowers were lovely I would say extremely poor value for money I paid £19.00 rather than £26.00 as I had a voucher and they would have cost £6.00 in Tesco’s.”

“1st time disappointed by long-time customer. Flowers, carnations & baby's breath, look terrible, will never last 1 week, let alone 2. I emailed immediately after placing the order because I made a mistake & got no reply. In the past, I always got a reply. Stella Smith”

“Unfortunately the flowers were a day late and first impression was very disappointing. I appreciate that they are sent in bud but it did nothing for the appearance. Also the iris flowers only lasted 5 days”
