“Beautiful fresh flowers arrived on time. They were present for my son and daughter in law’s wedding anniversary. She’d had a bad day at work and so cheered her up twice. Thank you.”

“As usual the flowers were beautiful and have lasted very well BUT for the second time the delivery went astray. The flowers were sent by Royal Mail to the wrong sorting office so ended up being delivered 2 days late as it was a weekend. I love bunches flowers and have been using the company for years and am sad to see them let down by their courier.”

“Ordered a hamper ' The Box of Indulgence', as an anniversary gift for friends. The hamper itself was very good, quality products, well-packed and arrived on time. One slight problem was the gift card, which I'd requested. I'd inserted a 'character' between the names on the card, but on receipt, I noticed the 'character' had been deleted, so the names were joined together and made no sense. Wish I'd known this when ordering, I don't remember seeing it on the Order form. I was able to include a hand written note instead.”
