“I have used Bunches several times. One of my orders recently was not of the same quality and so I contacted Customer Services. They dealt with the issue quickly and replaced the bouquet the next day. The recipient was delighted.”

“Flowers were nice. Was delivered to the wrong place firstly. When I let them know, they kindly picked it up again and delivered to the right address. The box was soggy but the flowers were good. The delivery obviously was quite late in the day!😑”
