“My mum was delighted to receive the flowers I ordered for her birthday, they were beautiful and lasted well. She also enjoyed the free gift or a packet of flower seeds that was enclosed. I am very happy to know that at least 10 percent of the company profit goes to help alleviate poverty, and also that the flowers are ethically sourced wherever possible. Thank you, Bunches!”

“Beautiful birthday surprise! My daughter spent her first birthday away from home this year. Since she absolutely loves plants and flowers, I decided to send her a bouquet from Bunches.co.uk. She was absolutely thrilled with them, and seeing how happy they made her made me incredibly happy too. The flowers were stunning and arrived beautifully. “Whilst the flowers are lovely, I wish this company would use a carrier other than Royal Mail. The recipient of my recent order did not receive them until 5.15 pm on the day of her birthday. The weather had been very hot and when the flowers arrived the damp packaging had all dried out. I don't think I will continue to use Bunches, unless they change their courier.”

“I sent these to my best friend for her birthday. They arrive the day before and she didn't open them till the next day. When she did there were lots of buds the next day most had opened and she was delighted with them Thank you”

We're really sorry to hear you're disappointed with your arrangement. All our bouquets are carefully designed and photographed on our website alongside detailed descriptions of what's included. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer in the home. We recommend following the care instructions provided with your delivery. Once the flowers have had a few days to bloom and open fully, they'll look much more like the photos on our website. “I bought flowers to cheer up a friend after surgery. They were delivered on time, looked beautiful with the amount of stems as advertised. Bunches also added a little extra packet of sunflower seeds which my friend enjoyed planting with her granddaughter. Lovely touch.”
