“Very disappointed firstly the card said Happy Birthday Nan. Which shoukd have said HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAY. HAVE A LOVELY DAY. The amount of flowers was small. I had paid £32 95 for everything,”

“This was a 60 th birthday gift and I was dissatisfied. It did not look like the picture on the site. There was less spray carnations and less of the 'filler' little flower sprays. The carnations were not in bud as in the description. Overall not good.”

“Flowers i sent to my friend arrived on time for her birthday, which was great. Unfortunately, i was a little disappointed that the flowers i ordered were a smaller bouquet than I expected, also the box they came in was damaged at one end. Luckily it was the stem end”
