“The flowers and chocolates were well received by the recipient, unfortunately they were out celebrating her birthday when they arrived. The delivery driver said they were left in a safe place which was not true they were left propped up against her front door when they could have been left around the back door or with her neighbour out of sight”

“The flowers that Bunches arranged to be delivered are beautiful - I have seen a photo of them, but I ordered them to be delivered on a specific date and although processed by Bunches the day before that date, were not delivered until the day after. They appeared to sit with Royal Mail for 2 days. This means that they were not as fresh as they should have been on delivery but importantly, if the occasion hd been a birthday, anniversary, wedding or funeral they would have missed the vital date. After ordering and paying, on the confirmation statement the small print said they might be delayed, but if I had known that when ordering I would not have placed the order.”
