“Flowers looked nice and fresh.although not looking like picture on website. Maybe more buds need to flower. I like the idea of a family firm and the things they stand for.And I would order again.”

“I bought this bouquet as a gift for my Mother-in-law and although the individual blooms were very pretty, I was disappointed with the quantity of flowers. They looked a little sparse once in the vase sadly.”

“I ordered flowers for a colleague who has been unwell. The online image was glorious, really bright cheery flowers. I can’t give a higher rating as I’m waiting to see if the flowers open as per the online image. From how they looked on arrival I’m not confident they will match the image.”

“Flowers arrived on the requested day. The packing has been changed to remove plastic which is all very well except the water had tipped onto the card base. The bottom of the box was wet and only just holding together. The delivery driver asked if we wanted to reject the delivery. We decided to accept. Having ordered a large bouquet indeed it was but two standard ones separately packed.”

“The flowers were good……unfortunately it was Royal Mail that let the company down! The flowers were a surprise, delivery attempted and birthday girl was out, sadly RM didn’t leave a card so she had no idea that delivery had even been attempted! I checked the delivery status that told me they would attempt to deliver the next day! I had to call my friend and spoil the surprise to make sure she stayed in and didn’t miss the delivery :-(”

“I have used Bunches numerous times and always given a 5* review. However, I ordered flowers for my daughter to celebrate their house move and, on seeing the flowers, I was very disappointed. Although lovely, they were very sparse, and considering the price, I certainly expected more. It seems my daughter was sent postal flowers, I did not order postal and expected a bouquet to be delivered!!”

“Royal mail just dumped flowers on doorstep where they remained all night in torrential rain until they were discovered next day not at their best rather dissapointed not your fault Royal mail at fault it seems.”

“Website was easy enough to work through, communication was spot on , delivery ok , the delivery could have been better if I was given some idea of a time even if it was just am or pm, my grandson enjoyed he's mum cookie , unfortunately the flowers were a bit of a letdown, I understand about the flowers being in bud to last longer but I expected a bit more colour on arrival than my daughter got, very underwhelmed”

“I ordered pink roses and freesias. The bouquet delivered did not have freesias. I feel the cost did not match the delivered item. I am usually very pleased with Bunches service so I hope this is a one off.”

“I have been disappointed the last few times that I have used the service. Won’t be doing it again. Very few flowers provided, pictures on the website aren’t a fair representation of what was received. In comparison to Supermarkets these just don’t represent good value any more.”
