“I have been delighted with Bunches for over 2 years, but the latest bunch of flowers were disappointingly small, and a little tired with 1-2 broken stems. A shame.”

“The flowers are great and are lasting very well. However, I wish I had gone for bigger bunches. I went for the larger bunches (21 stems if I remember rightly), and wish I'd paid that little bit extra for the bigger bunches, just to fill up the vases a bit more. I have given less than 5* due to the delivery experience. I told my daughter to expect a delivery and if she hadn't seen someone pass her window, she wouldn't have known they had been delivered. We didn't! After being contacted to say she had received them, 10mins later we still hadn't had any notification of delivery (she lives just down the hill). I went outside the door, nothing!, I went down the drive to the gate and there was the box, just put over the gate! Not even brought to the door! I think maybe a different courier might be in order? The box for ours was also dented and torn.”

“I have used Bunches many times over several years but my recent orders have not been to the standard I had come to except. These orders were plants being sent as gifts and did not arrive in very good condition.”

“The flowers were beautiful but roses were fully opened when received which means they won’t be last long. When I ordered the flowered shower were lilac and white flowers sent were oranges and yellow. Not as expected.”
