“I ordered flowers for a recently bereaved friend who lives 200 miles away. They arrived on time which is a tick in the box but don’t know the quality of the flowers as it wasn’t something I could ask, given the circumstances.”

“I believe the flowers were okay, but I didn't dare ask! I sent the flowers to my daughter-in-law to congratulate her as we'd just heard that she is expecting her first baby. The flowers were delivered at 7.30 am on a Saturday! I don't think she was impressed, and I felt that we'd completely wasted our money.”

“I have used Bunches for years, for all occasions. On the last two occasions I have had to question the number of blooms it states and shows online to those actually sent. They have been truly lacking and I am losing confidence in Bunches, looking for another online flower distribution. It has lost its value for money.”

“I am a regular customer and have used Bunches a lot over the last few years as the flowers are delivered healthy and in bud and generally last a while. This time however, with a Christmas bunch, my mother reported there was no water wrap around the stems and they were wilting on delivery. Even when revived after a couple of days they didn't look as advertised on the website. Disappointed this time.”
