“Received the flowers on time, not sure I would say value for money though. Could have got twice as many flower from Tesco for same money and quality.”

“Flowers came in a box that was damaged by the courier service and therefore some of the stems were broken. Also the bouquet looked nothing like the website picture as regards the size of the flower heads.”

“I have used Bunches for many years but I have noticed that since having to pay postage we do not seem to get such good blooms and too much greenery sometimes. Having said that I will most probably continue to use.”

“Service good, delivered on date requested. Recipient sent me a photo of her flowers and I was dissapointed in the quality of the flowers on arrival but the recipient said they improved either water.”

“These plants were sent as gifts and therefore not seen by me. However, reports back were 'acceptable/good plants' but too dry and some pruning required. I will try Brunches again if only because the excellent web site and ordering process.”

“The recipient was sadly not that impressed with the flowers. It was meant to be a hand tied bouquet with extra and from her feedback it was clearly quite average. They also left it on the doorstep without even bothering to knock when there were people in all day. So I had to text and say look on your dioorstep which defeated the element of creating a lovely surprise. Unlikely to use you again sadly”

“I ordered flowers on the 4th Dec to be delivered on the 7th I had tex on Friday 6th to say flowers had been picked up and would be delivered after hearing from my daughter that no flowers had been delivered I checked on iPad and new message appeared saying flowers would be delivered on Monday 9th ..?...?. who were there? Into an argument.”

“I was a little disappointed with the flowers received. The gypsophola was snapped in several places and the boquet was a little bit on the thin side. I have purchased a few extra carnations and gyp to fill in the gaps.”

“The cyclamen plant I ordered was barely acceptable and no where as good as the ones portrayed in the advertisement pictures. Please be more realistic with the promotional literature and supply better quality merchandise. This is not the first time I have received goods of inferior quality to that advertised.”
