“I have used Bunches for many years. Finding prices a bit challenging these days ( Aldi flowers are beautiful and CONSIDERABLY cheaper - although I appreciate using a delivery service incurs costs). I was also disappointed by the accuracy and transparency of the tracking service, which gave false information - explained to me when I contacted Bunches by email). I will probably use less in the future and then only if no other suitable way of sending flowers. Thank you”

“order processed timley, delivered late in the day after 6pm some of the roses had slight cold burn on the out most petals slightly disappionted as normaly flowers are upmost of qualtiy, rest bunch in good order”

“Bouquet doesn’t look like the photo on the website - when it came the bunch was a lot smaller than advertised. They look like petrol station flowers”

“I was excited to receiving these for my table at Christmas, however I was really disappointed and had the pop out a buy more flowers to bulk out the arrangement. I don't think I'll be ordering again.”

“Sadly the post office delivered a plant but it was destroyed by its journey. Probably needed more secure packing during transit. Elderly aunt had to replant it and clean up the addional gift. However when I rang bunches to complain the customer service lady Alison, was very helpful and sympathetic and arranged for addional flowers to be delivered to aunt. I was satisfied with her efficient service.”

“I ordered two bunches of flowers to go to two different people, the first bunch arrived on the scheduled day but the freesias were drooping, thankfully they were revived. The second bunch was dropped into my cousin's porch, without a note, so she did not see them until four days after they were delivered. They were looking very sorry for themselves. She said she had revived them but I was wondering if she was just saying this to placate me, as she knew I would be disappointed if they were not looking their best.”

“I usually swear by this company. Until now they had never let me down however the flowers I sent my mum for Christmas were big disappointment. They looked drab, very few blooms...Not sure what went wrong this time. I'll give them another shot soon and hope this was a one-off.”

“I was delighted with my selection of flowers to be sent to my daughter in law, as it was similar to her wedding flowers but the actual bunch was not a fulsome as displayed on the website. Also the delivery was a day later than advertised, so did not arrive on her birthday as planned.”

“Hi My daughter was slightly disappointed with the flowers. She said they were nice but not as nice as the Marks & Spencer flowers I had sent her a couple of weeks before, and the Marks & Spencer's were not so expensive as Bunches.”

“The original bouquet arrived on time, but was unfortunately missing some flowers! I rang to complain. Got through straight away and was told that a fresh bouquet would be delivered a few days later. True to their word, it arrived complete with all the flowers and an apology. Whilst they didn’t get it right first time, they made up for it, which was much appreciated.”

“Disappointingly the flowers arrived the day after the birthday. It would appear that they came to Birmingham then onto Medway before returning to Birmingham. However, the recipient was pleased.”
